I ordered 2 swimming costumes from Meet Curve and after I ordered I read some really worrying reviews on Trustpilot.
Thankfully, the sizing & quality of my costumes were perfect and I'm really happy with them. It took about a week for my order to arrive but fortunately I placed my order over a month before my holiday.

I ordered 3 swim suits. 1 fit as expected, the other 2 were too small. I applied for a refund, only to be told its a company base in the USA, and refunds must be sent back there (Despite the package being sent from a UK warehouse). Nowhere on their website is this stated.
Total of required refund was £75, they initially offered £20 and for me to keep the products, then when pressed £35 as best and final.
Despite the tone of the email being polite, the loss of this amount of money means I would never use or trust the site again.

Im trying to return two items that do not fit but I'm being bounced around and not given tehproper information to do so.

Came fast. Sizing is perfect. Fits as expected. 10/10 would order from meet curve again

I do like the design and the quality material, but for my height the swimsuits are a bit short, so they don't sit nicely around the bust but seem „pulled down". But very nice in general

I need to return some items and have not heard back from them

I love these bathing suits! They are the only flattering bikinis I can find! I gained weight over the winter and was worried I was too late to wear cute bathing suits to the beach- but this is so cute, flattering, and made with really nice, sturdy material.

I have been trying for a week to obtain the return address to return my items that didn't fit. The lady who keeps emailing me keeps offering me a partial refund instead. I've explained to her that I understand I will be responsible for the shipping cost but she has yet to give me the address. She gave me the city, state and zip. I asked for the complete address and she responded again with a partial refund offer. WTH!?

Fits to size. Looks amazing on. Very pleased with my purchase.

I originally ordered size 2xl and thought that they may not fit me so I decided to 3xl in another order to see which size fits me the best. Unfortunately, neither size fit me. I usually wear size 18/20. I found that the material is very loose and is not flattering. The cup sizes for the girls are way to big and I am a size 44D.

The product was lovely but delivery was longer than I expected (I should have check more carefully) and I missed being able to take it on holiday by about 2 days

It's Good, I will try to reduce the time of delivery (15 days), just that

Bikinis were lovely but took a long time to come compared to other companies.

I am hoping to return my items, but I am waiting to hear back from my email request. I prefer a standard return policy and procedure. It does not
Feel right to just send an email and wait to hear back.

All items were fine but they did not work with my body type. I would be interested in trying again if they made Tall versions.

I absolutely love everything about meet.curve. The website is easy to you, the product choices are vibrant and beautiful, and the fit was PERFECT. I have never gotten a more perfect fit from an online site, I plan on buying about 4 swimsuits from here! All I ask is for more merchandise, keep those options coming!

The sizes were off and didn't fit as expected. Wanting to return, but they keep offering me half of what I paid. I've repeatedly have told them I don't want half my money, I want to return them. I've been going round and round for 2 weeks now and I told the lady I've been talking to that I will not accept the fact that they've been dinking around with emailing back and forth and now it's past 15 days to return! I have the email to prove it. I will never buy from here again. Don't buy from China!
