Bathing suits are decent qualities not wonderful fit true to decide. Return process a large hassle. Still trying to get some items returned and hear back from the company.

The product arrived as promised, Good Quality Swim Wear, Not worth the price when considering Currency exchange and Shipping fees across the border.

I am very upset about my experience! My swimsuit ripped and there's nothing you guys will do about it. I don't have the shipping labels anymore or packaging and I was told to go to the post office to get that and that is a big inconvenience for me

One of my items came with a seem falling off. I have contacted support with a picture of the defect but they wanted packaging photos as well and I don't have those anymore.

My items didn't fit. I sent them back and full haven't received my funds back it's over 100 dollars of stuff.

I was so happy I could still get these suits since it appears that the other companies I had ordered from in the past no longer have them.

I never received my order, so I contacted them for a refund. They said one of the items was out of stock and that they could refund me in full for that item. That item cost $42.99.They said they would give me a full refund and only refunded me 18.13 as of today, and that I could only get the discounted price even though I paid FULL price and never got the item. I contacted them again asking why I wasn't receiving a full refund for the order I never got and answer. They had done the same thing with another suit I ordered, only offering me a $6 refund for a ripped bathing suit OR a $36 gift card. None of their policy makes sense and feels like a scam. I won't be ordering again.

I received the wrong item and dealing with customer service about the issue was a pain! They claimed that they had sent the correct item which they didn't but there was nothing they could do. So now I have a cheaper swim suit I didn't even order and I'm out $80. They essentially have stolen money from me and refuse to write their wrong.

Fast delivery, great quality product! The fit was perfect and item was as described/featured on the website. I will order again in the future.

Cannot get a refund. I was offered a fraction of the cost for a refund and get to keep the item... that doesn't fit
