Can seem to get an address and return authorization. They keep trying to get me to keep the item with is to large.

The suits were too short and didn't fit properly. I contacted support several times and I still can't get the full address to return the suits. They will only give the city, state and area code. Very frustrating!

Gave better support and looks good on can't wait to wear on holiday

IDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
I placed a large order and most items did not fit. I immediately followed the instructions to return as they give you 15 days to make the return. You have to ask them for the return address. For 15 days, they made many offers for coupons or partial refunds, and kept sending instructions to request the return address. I answered every email with a refusal of coupons & partial refunds, along with a request for the address to return my items. They never sent the address. At the same time I filed a claim with PayPal. After not much work, PayPal closed the claim in favor of Meet.Curve, only because they could not get a refund either. I am stuck with over $200 worth of swimwear that is too big & will never fit me. It's been about 5 weeks now and I never received their address for returning items. Cute items, but just know if you don't like them for any reason, you are stuck with them and you will never get your money back.

I purchased 3 Swimsuits which did not fit.
On contacting Meet.Curve I was told they would first send £27 then another offer of £28 as it would be too expensive to return the items to the USA. I purchased the Swimwear on a UK site.

I spent a week trying to gain clarity on the returns service which was hugely frustrating. I asked repeatedly for the return address which took days to come through.
There is no label sent with items for returns which would explain the whole process much better and be less a cause for concern especially when spending £91.96!
I did not want to keep the items and wanted a full refund.

This seemed a problem.

Eventually I had an email from Meet.Curve giving email address to return.

I packaged and sent back to USA items following all instructions. Cost £27.60 to return.

I now wait my money refund.

This was not the best experience and massively frustrating. Should be made much clearer for all purchasers that buy from them.

Awful experience. Items don't fit all different sizes when all were 2xl. Don't answer emails. Eventually respond and Cannot get them to take returns.wont tell me where to return to. Offering me £1 to keep the items that dont fit! Im down £60! Absolute scammers. Steer well clear. They should all be wearing striped jumpers and carrying swag bags. Clearly going to take everyone's cash and run. And the insta reviews? IGNORE! Con.

The bikini I ordered was too small on the top.
To get a refund or Exchange I have to send the ítems to USA, asuming the post fare.

I used their size chart and 2 of the 3 suits I ordered were too big. When I contacted them about returning those 2 I got a very protracted run around and ultimately agreed to keep the suits for a fraction of what the return would be. They clearly didn't want me to return them (they were shipped from China so perhaps they don't have a US distribution site) as they never provided an address and kept focusing on the cost of shipping (borne by me of course). In the end I decided it wasn't worth the bother as the suits were not expensive. But, if, like me, you purchase multiples to try on intending to return some, don't bother with this company and size down when you order (though, one of the suits was sized according to their chart…).

Ordered two bathing suits. Both were one-piece. I'm 5'1" and 160 lbs. I'm 7 weeks postpartum and am breastfeeding my baby so I'm a little bustier than usual. I've always carried my weight more in my thighs and butt. I ordered the size the sizing chart indicated based on my measurements but these bathing suits were WAY too small. The were so tight in the chest that they flattened my breasts right out, leg openings dug into my thighs and shoulder straps bore down on my shoulders. I knew if I was this uncomfortable seconds within trying them in that I'd be even more uncomfortable half way in to a hot day at the beach chasing my kids around. Wanted to love the items but it just wasn't meant to be.

I've requested a return, as the suit didn't fit, and it seems to be taking a very long time trading emails back and forth!

I requested the ticket for my return which I received but no address was provided so far I have made two requests but have yet to get an answer⁰. I understand charging me to pay for return but charging me for shipping! Never have I heard of such a policy.

Ordered a suit based on what size I'd need. Didn't fit my long torso. Tried to return the suit but they don't provide a return label and stated that shipping would be on me. Then they suggested keeping the item and they only refunded half of my total minus shipping.
So I got to keep a suit that doesn't fit and didn't get all my money back. Will not be ordering from them again.

Returning seems to be difficult. No one answering my questions and therefore my window of opportunity to return is shrinking…. Due to Meetcurve..

The swimming costume choice was amazing and the quality was great. One of the costumes didn't quite fit my boobs but it worked perfectly for my friend so I gave it to her. The returns process does not look the most user friendly so opted to gift the costume on instead.

Checked the returns policy and ordered 3 bikinis so I could try different styles. Unfortunately they don't do UK returns - can only return to a US address. Cue a frustrating conversation with customer services and I eventually accepted a partial refund just to end the process.

Returning this has been a process and not user friendly.

Appalling! Quite liked the costumes but only wanted to keep 1 of 3. There isn't really a returns policy, they don't respond to your email then basically offer you half the money back or a voucher to shop again.
Really disappointed, please don't order from here!

Love my bathing suit very good quality material, fits well. Very easy ordering process and fast delivery!
