The swimsuits were ill fitting, colours were not what was expected and I didn't like the material. It has been a hassle to try and get an adress where I can return the items for a FULL refund. 3 or 4 emails I have received trying to barter with me...offering me some refund back and keeping all the items. I keep saying no but I am still waiting for an address so I can return items, it has been over a week.
My products didn't fit, so I had to return them. Not something I recomment if you don't live in the US. The only return adress is within the US. Sending a package incl. A tracking number from Germany to the US costs 50 €, I recomment at least another return adress within the EU.
Just discovered this site and I'm in love. The only thing I would add would be a link to the other separate (top or bottom) the models are wearing with the featured separate.
On arrival, the bottoms fit perfectly but the top was enormous even though I ordered all pieces based on my measurements. I can do a little alteration, but the top is beyond saving, probably 40% larger than would fit properly. The bra cups were not tacked into the bandeau, and there was so much free fabric that they wanted to rest almost in the arm pit. The upper and lower elastic (which is the only thing holding the top on) was slack all the way around my torso It's a shame, because it was a cute top. But the order-to-delivery time was way too long for me to try to exchange it, and the support lag time is fairly substantial, I discovered while trying to originally track my order.
The text color on the checkout page was super faint and hard to see. Everything else has been fine!

If things don't fit right or you want to exchange or don't like something, they give you the runaround and tell you to pay for return shipping, but then do not provide an address to ship it to or even a shipping label. They say it's 15 days to return, but they won't respond to your email request until way after that. It's crazy! I got robbed and I can't believe this company is getting such high ratings on this website. It's so false. Also, the one bathing suit I bought was supposed to be red and came as bright orange like a pumpkin! It was crazy false advertisement.
The customer service has been dodging my return request for days. I have asked for the return shipping address multiple times because I was unhappy with the fit of the swimwear and each time they instead offer a partial refund and to keep the swimwear. I have no use for swimwear that doesn't fit properly
The bathing suits I ordered were not a good fit so I initiated a return process. It's been a week of emails with someone on customer service offering partial refunds for me to keep the products. They won't give me a return address to ship back to, even though I said I'd be fine to pay for return shipping. This process is frustrating and I would rather not go through this again. Won't be buying in future
I ordered what was pictured but I thought it qas a whole bathing suit. When it came in, it was only the top. And then it didnt fit her. So we messaged to send it back and get money back. But it was the biggest run around and still they would not give me ans address. Worst place I have ever bought anything from.
