Worst customer service ever. Still waiting after 2 weeks for a return address. Absolutely awful! Never order from this company.

I have contacted customer service twice to return some of the items that didn't work with no response.

After multiple attempts to make a return I cannot get a return address. They have responded. The first time without an address at all and the second time with only a city state and zip. I feel they are purposely dragging this out to get past the return window. I am still waiting for a response with a complete return address and instructions.

I have been emailing back-and-forth with the company to try and return an item. They only offer me partial refund and won't send me the address to return. I believe they just were trying to wait the 15 days so they wouldn't have to accept the return.

It took too long for someone to reply to my return request. When they did, they just kept repeating the same thing (which made it sound like I wasn't actually communicating with a real person and it was just a scripted response). And I could not receive a return on the product I ordered even though I followed the return policy. Terrible experience. Will not be using this website again and I believe it is a scam.

Suit looks as described. I am happy with my purchase.

Avoid at all costs! Horrendous shopping experience and after many many messages, still unable to receive a refund. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHAM COMPANY TO ANYONE

After receiving the items, a total of £63, they were unfortunately too small for me. So I emailed the given address (the one on the returns section of their website) and I was informed that I had to pay the return shipping costs which I said I was happy to do. I was then offered a refund of £25 and to keep the items too. I said I would like to return the items for a full refund and that I would pay the postage costs. I repeated this in many email back and forth. I was not once offered this option. I was however offered an increased sum for a refund and to keep the items. In the end after numerous emails back and forth I was so frustrated that I ended up accepting a refund of £45 and to keep the items. I'm now about £15 down and have 2 swimsuits that don't fit me. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

My order never arrived. I received an email asking how satisfied I was, sent an email to CS saying my order never arrived. Tracking number shows no order found.

I have been trying to return 2 of the 3 swimsuits I ordered. I sent an email requesting a return label (because the website says that's the protocol) I have gotten 3 emails back of them trying to convince me to keep them and just get a discount to buy a 4th. I understand I will have to pay return shipping but I JUST WANT TO RETURN THEM

I have large breasts, but the breast area of this swimsuit was even larger than my breasts. I can't wear this. Can I return it?

The product is good quality. It hides my tummy and hold me good. I feel comfortable in it.

I love my suit tops! They had a lot of variety to choose from and the sizes were relatively accurate. Two of them were perfect, two of them ran a bit bigger.
