Purchased few swimmers from this company and was happy with them, until I had to return one of them for not fitting correctly. Looked inside the parcel and followed the "return form instruction" on how to return item to head office in NSW, Australia. All good mailed item back with a cost of $9.70. Weeks later still waiting to get my refund. Contacted company customer service and here comes many emails back and forward. Please send us tracking number! Send us date you mailed item! Send us pic of item! OMG! Glad I kept all the receipts! Then here comes "The tracking number is incorrect ".
When I tracked the number myself I could see it was delivered correctly & within 3 days to the Nsw head office. Sent them a screenshot of confirmation of return!
Again more emails from "Meet.Curve" mentioning I should have read the fine prints of the return policy ( Why would I when there is a simple form on how to return item? Was also told I should have rung them first and mailed item to America with a mailing cost superior than the cost of the swimmer to return. Unbelievable! They also made me feel like I was lying and never sent the swimmers back!
I am still getting very confusing answers from this company who is obviously not willing to refund the item.
I am now writing to the ACC and Ombudsman to reports informations about this business practices and behaviours that concern me and to hopefully stop someone else from wasting time and money with their return policy. Don't buy from them.

Satisfied with my purchase. Delivery took a little longer than I would like.

Unfortunately the item was too small so i wanted to return it. The process has been very difficult - you have to request the address and a code. I have sent several messages and they have acknowledged my messages but not provided the required details. I would not use this company again

Products are not bad quality but it is impossible to return anything. No way to speak directly to anyone in person and the webchat just fobs you off with nonsense. Refused to give me an address to return to!
Absolutely shocking that they are allowed to trade like this.

The suits are so cute and great material but the torso was too short for me for all that I ordered. Will be returning unfortunately.

I like the product I want to keep but need to return many items because I could not try them on

Great overall delivery was about 3/4 weeks which is quite a long time other than that the product t arrived and is good quality and great price

I ordered this swimsuit and was very pleased with it. Very stylish and great quality. True to size.

A friend told me about this site and I immediately viewed it and started purchasing suits. I bought 4 suits on my first purchase and love them all. I went by their size chart, instead of just buying my normal sizes and I'm glad I did. Some pieces I purchased a size up from my normal size but they fit perfectly. Always use their size chart measurements.

I've ordered 5 products, 3 out of those will be returned. 2 not true to picture and the third one doesn't seem to be finished, the seam isn't sawn, it is just cut with scissors.
And if I want to return it, it is a charge which I should pay even when I was sent faulty product.

Products are mediocre, inconsistent sizing. Don't expect them to last but for the price, worth doing for vacation options but not for a suit you want to wear a ton. Ordering was fine. Delivery was a fail but I think y was Canada Posts fault, not the site. They delivered to the wrong apartment.

The ordered 3 products. A cover-up and 2 bathing suits. Bathing suits were fine. Cover-up had a terrible smell when I opened the bag, and was a strange fabric for a cover up, so I followed the directions on the website to return the product. I have sent 3 different emails requesting the address to return the item. Each time I receive an automated response with a bunch of run around and no return address is ever provided. This has been going on for a week, I have been extremely clear that I want to return the product, and yet the company still will not provide me with the necessary information to return it, even though I have provided them with everything they have asked for. As I result, I will never purchase from this company again, which is a shame, because I really do like the bathing suits. Customer service is terrible.

Great coverage, great true to size fit. Thin material but it's what I expected for the great price.
My only complaint is lack of communication when shipped etc… I emailed tho and cs got immediately back to me!

Awful experience will never use this company again

The suit I ordered ended up being too big. I wanted to return it and get a smaller size but couldn't get them to send me a return address even after stating I would pay for return shipping. They wanted to just give me $10 back to keep the too big swimsuit. I'll try to sew it smaller I guess.

I have brought from meet curve before and love the product. I ordered another suit as a gift and it was too small. Returns not easy. Having to email multiple times to get address to return it to. I have to pay for the return and beg for the address. What's the deal with that. I still want it, just in a different size. They offered me $8 and. $5 coupon. No thanks. I paid over $35!

My swimsuits didn't fit which, ok, that happens. I was disappointed and tried to return them but they kept offering more and more money to just keep them but never a full refund.

You may receive your purchased items, but the return process is shady and they try to scam you by non responding to emails or providing the full return address. I have been waiting over a week to get this resolved to no avail. Do not purchase from them
