I ordered one suit my daughter had picked out, and scrolled through and found another suit I thought was cute. How did I miss it was only a top? I hate these experiences.

I really need to exchange my order and have not had a reply from email to Service.

I'm having an extremely difficult time returning or exchanging my items for the correct size an heir value. I wish this process was made clearer before ordering.

I bought 2 pairs of swimsuits and one top. One fit perfectly and other suit was slightly big but that's ok. The top fit perfectly as well. For getting clothes online I'm really glad I didn't have return any of them!

Finally arrived after prolonged shipping, but so they do not disappoint. Size seems right one for one siut and bit roomy for they other.

The return process is a disaster! They company doesn't give an address, intermittent replies to emails, and blocks you on social media! Poor returns policy and even poorer customer service!

The bathing suit was cute but a little too small. I probably would not order again because they make it more difficult than it needs to be to make returns. Very slow responses by customer service. No number to call, you can only reach them by email or messenger on Facebook but no one responds.

Item was too small and the return was as to USA so more expensive than the original purchase but the original web site was UK

Easy, user-friendly website to purchase from. Sizes are close to accurate with sizing chart listed on website.

Bathingsuit quality isn't bad but sizing is way off and no one will get back to me with return instructions or what they meant when they offered me money back and a coupon to keep items. Terrible service 0/10 do not recommend this company.

I received my bathing suit and it didn't fit (even after doing measurements). I emailed customer service right away to start the return but I have not received a response after two emails.

Ordering was easy. Communication was good on shipments. Took a little longer than I had hoped.

Even though the site is German, the package came from Asia.
The package arrived deformed, the bikini top´s string had a hole in it.
The top does not give support to bigger breasts even though the size fits. Expected better quality.
The colors are pretty as in the picture, but I would not buy this again, sorry.
