Das Oberteil in XL passt perfekt bei 95 F und die Hose ebenfalls,habe da auch eine XL bestellt. Bin 167 & wiege 83 kg. Zusätzlich habe ich mir den Damenrock mit seitlichem Schlitz in XL bestellt, der saß mir persönlich etwas zu locker. Ansonsten alles Top & gerne wieder

Will never use this company again as impossible to return items & only very partial refund offered. Should not be allowed to operate in the UK!

I've ordered 3 Swimsuits in hope they would fit. Unfortunately only one fits. Since three weeks I write with the service, that I want to hand it back and get full credit. Unfortunately it is not possible to hand it back although it's described in terms and conditions. They say I can keep it and will get a credit of one third of the costs I had. That is very unsatisfying. And among that, the customer service only repeats twice a week. So I'm in third week of communication to find a good solution for both sides.

Shipping takes forever, sizes are very inconsistent. I thought these would be good for a bigger chest but they're just as terrible as the rest.

The shopping experience was fine. But the product size were not correct to size. Ordered an size XL tankini top and couldn't even pull it over my head. Photo showed the top covering the belly and what I got would only be a tube too if I could have put it on. The bottoms were the same not the correct size.

It took 3 weeks to receive my order. None of the items fit and even if they did, the quality was poor. Now comes the good part. I emailed a request for a refund and the address to send the items. I knew that return postage would be my responsibility. After much back and forth with the return window rapidly closing, I was offered $48 site credit and an additional $5 coupon on my next purchase. My original order was over $130. I refused and was offered $78 site credit and the coupon. This is when they finally gave me the return address in China. The next offer from them was $98 credit returned to my original form of payment. I accepted that because I felt they were about ready to pull back any offer at all and I didn't want to pay for shipping to China. So I lost $32. Lesson Learned

Very happy. Didn't wait too long on delivery. Good fit, true to size. I look good in it & its comfy

I ordered a few bathing suits and I'm missing either tops or bottoms. If you don't advise or help me with this asap I will be returning everything immediately..

Website is fine, prices are fine, delivery time is fine. Good luck returning anything that doesn't fit! The company does not reply for days to weeks and even then it is an unprofessional and unhelpful reply. There is no true solution or refunds here. Do not buy from this website, it's not worth it.

I ordered my items on June 8 and as of July 2 have not received them

Items took 10 days to arrive and when I have tried to return them, there has been little contact / response from the customer service team. Wouldn't buy again based on this experience

Sadly my experience was not the best. I had followed the size guide given by the site and unfortunately when my product showed up it did not fit. Not only did it not fit it was significantly smaller so clearly sizing is off. Once I don't ages customer service to get a refund d they made it impossible. It was like pulling teeth ha I f to answer a million questions and then ultimately being told they would let me keep the product and offer a partial refund. End the end I just decided to eat the cost of the product and take it as a lesson learned. Will never shop or recommend them to anyone.

Money was taken for an order that I never received. I've been in contact several times, each time waiting days for a response, and each response being exactly the same... "have you checked with your neighbours", "do you have a safe space it could have been left", "have you checked with your local delivery office". Yes I checked several times and yes they still keep avoiding giving a response.
I'll never be ordering from this company again!

Anstatt mir mal eine Routine Mail zu schicken,wo ich die Badesachen zurück schicken kann, kriegt man immer nur blöde Werbung und an Telefon kommt man auch niemanden.Werde nie wieder dort bestellen, kann es auch nicht empfehlen. Von den Badesachen Qualität finde ich es ok. Also wer Kleine Brüste hat, könnte es ausprobieren.

I purchased a swimming costume and bikini, neither of which I wanted to keep. I am now 2 weeks and numerous emails in and still don't have an address to return these items too. Its infuriating!
