I need to exchange all of my items and need address I have already sent pics as requested! Please help!

I have been trying to get the address to return one of my purchases and I have been given the run around. I still haven't been given the address. I am going to run out of the days allowed and then I won't get my refund. Absolutely pissed

I need to return the item. I've sent an email request to get a return started and have not gotten a reply back and I leave on Saturday for vacation. Difficult to reach this company

I had to exchange at least 10 emails before getting an address to return my swimsuit and I'm still waiting. The color of the swimsuit didn't match at all the color on the website.
I will never ever buy there again.
If you're from Canada you have to pay for the return witch costs an arm and a leg.

I purchased a swimdress, it wasn't filled stitched/put together. I purchased a tankini, it was way too small for size. I have followed all return policies/rules but meetcurve refuses to provide a return address or refund despite multiple emails.

Lovely swimwear and dress received as ordered.
I'd recommend considering a larger size as they tended to be on the small side.

I tried returning items. I was asked to send pics that the panty stickers were still attached to the bathing suits so I did. I got email back asking if I would accept a 30$ refund to keep the 90$ worth items for return I said no I still wished to return. I have sent 4 emails & no response from them & it's been almost 2 weeks now. I would not recommend shopping here if you at all think you may need to return an item.

I want to return one of the costumes. I am still waiting for a return address. I have never had to do do much to return an item. Beginning to think I will never get a refund. I would never buy from Meetcurve again

I ordered the swimsuits 6/14/2023 hoping to get them delivered for my vacation on 6/26-7/1. The shipment didn't get here until after I had left for my vacation. The suits looks great and I am happy with the product but I wish I could of showed them off during my vacation.

Awesome. I absolutely loved my new suits and got so many compliments

For 2 weeks I've been trying to make a return. Offering less than what I paid for suits that don't fit.

I chose to try meet.curve due to the curvy models shown. I chose the apporpriate size for my body and when the bathing suits arrived they were very small. When I inquired about making a return, the process to do it is very long and time consuming. They are not very open about the return policy. I was asked if I would like a portion of my money back and just keep the product. When I asked what the portion would be I was shocked! They only wanted to give me $27 and a $5 coupon to the site and I could keep the product. Well keeping the product is useless as they do not fit! It takes them multiple days to respond to the emails that THEY request you send. I am still waiting on how to return these for a FULL refund (minus shipping, which is fine).

Items were as described. A little slow on delivery. But satisfied with everything I purchased.
