Only can email customer service. Still waiting on a return address to send items back for a refund!

I did not receive a purchase confirmation by email or a shipping confirmation. When signing into the website there was no order assigned to my name so I disputed the charges on my credit card. After doing so one day later, I received the items. Since they didn't fit, I will be returning them. Will need an email with return label please.

I received my package and immediately tried on the two suits I ordered I am Atlee contacted them saying I need to send one of the swimsuits top and bottom back. I had 15 emails back-and-forth until they provided me with the return address of Secaucus New Jersey not the street address or anything else and of course you have to return in 15 days of delivery shady practices until they wear you down to take a promo code so that you buy some thing else and then charged $13 to ship it

Products did not come as described. Not a full bottom For curvy woman I expected better coverage.

One item I received didn't have a finished hem-it was just a cut piece of fabric. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. They are slow to respond, unwilling to send a replacement or give a full refund. I've now asked for a return even though it's a pain to send the item back. One suit I loved, but I paid for two

After multiple emails, the only resolution I could receive was to keep the items and get $35 of my original order refunded. Initially I just wanted to return the items and understood I would be responsible for paying for shipping. However, each attempt to return was met with yet another offer to keep the items I had purchased.

I received 3 items and need to return 2 of them. Contacted customer service and they opened a ticket. No information or follow up for days. Sent inquiry in again and the opened another ticket number. This went on for another week. Finally got a response with no info on where to return the items. A few days later, the said they would have to charge me shipping on the two items to my home. I would have to incur shipping cost to return, still not giving me a return address. Then the said my refund would be about $79.89 but if I kept the 2 items the would refund me $20 plus a $5 gift card. I asked where I was sending return so I could figure shipping, but sent me only Secaucus, NJ with no street address. It has been very frustrating dealing with them. So still no address for return and have to wait days for any response. I will be disputing my charges with credit card company if I do not receive info shortly.

I've been trying to get an exchange for the order I got because they are not true to size. I've gotten the runaround from costumer service and I still don't have a resolution to my problem.

Took several days to get a response for a return request. The interaction was stilted, the rep clearly not a native English speaker, and ultimately settled for a partial refund rather than continue dealing with the rep.

Illiterate emails probably coming from a computer, don't accept returns, don't answer your questions no matter how you phrase them, surely just want your money for their mediocre clothes. Still don't have a resolution for a $114 order. $#*! this company in the $#*! with a hot lamp.

I tried to return my suits that did not fit & they would not stand by their return policy. They offered a full merchandise credit or a partial refund & to keep the suits that do not fit. When I stated I just want to return the items, they stopped replying to my emails. I saw on social media that this is happening to many other people. They have blocked me on all social media accounts because I try to warn other shoppers. They are so unprofessional

Meetcurve had a large variety of attractive bathing suits to choose from. I was excited to find so many options in large sizes. The suits were actually cute, not frumpy.

Took several weeks to arrive because they come from abroad. The suits were the same size and fit dramatically differently. I have been trying to return a bathing suit for several weeks. It takes them several days to reply. First they made me send pictures of the "crotch stickers" (who calls it that?!)E************** and they have offered me a gift card in exchange, a "discount" where they only give a partial refund, and other scams. It is illegal not to give a full refund. Not located in the US and a total scam.

First time to order from this site. My order arrived within a week. Very happy with my bath suit. Very well made and fits great.

The sizes are very inconsistent and nothing fit right

My items arrived and two are not what I expected/appropriate fit for me. I have tried to "view my order" on my receipt email so can try to initiate return and nothing happens.

Everything fit well. True to size. Took a little long to get my order but that didn't matter to much as i ordered in enough time for my event. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

I was skeptical about buying a swimsuit online as in the past I have and it wasn't a great experience to say the least. These swimsuits are true to size and are so stylish and comfortable. Don't think twice just purchase you won't regret it.
