I recieved my order quick but needed to return a few things. It got a bit tricky to get an answer back but I did after writing a few times. They were helpful and offer different solutions. This is recent and I was told I would get some $ back so hopefully it all works as olanned! I respect that they are trying ro improve their customer service. Thanks
Very slow shipping and the tracking info doesn't tell you anything. Took almost a month to get my package.

They take you through h3ll when trying to return. With a small 15 day window they try to run out the clock so you can't get a refund. Currently still fighting to return the items I purchased, verified on the sizing chart they should fit me, sure enough they did not. Immediately sent them an email to start the return, 6 days later and multiple emails, I'm still waiting on the return address.
They are trying to offer me a partial credit and let me keep the items.
I DON'T WANT THEM, THEY DON'T FIT, who keeps items that they can't wear. I just want my money back.

The return policy is to send an email, and the response I receive is to offer a gift card or $20. I would like to return my purchase in full and I am not receiving directions on how to do that.

Bought a few swimsuits, for the most part they were great. The only thing that was an issue was the two piece swim suits; the top and bottom were two different tones of yellow. It's not super obvious but noticable enough.
Fun stylish swim suits! I love the fun designs and colors. I was disappointed that I had to wash before wearing because of the strong glue smell. Shipping was around 2-3 weeks
It's been years since I felt comfortable in a suit, and I simply didn't have one. After lots of research and deliberation, I settled on Curve for an upcoming vacation to finally enjoy the pool. I ordered almost a month before my departure, thinking it would be plenty of time even if there were carrier delays. However, there was indeed a *2 week* delay — by Curve. They didn't ship my order for 2 weeks after I'd placed it, and they also didn't communicate with me to let me know this was happening. Sometimes there are good reasons for things like this, or there are accidents, but a company reaches out to let you know and to compensate you for the lapse in service. Curve said nothing — I had to reach out to them, and I included a screenshot of the 11 day delay at their facility before my order even got into a carrier's hands. I told them that I missed the chance to wear them on my vacation (or to swim at all, bc I can never find suits at the big box stores I feel good in). They have flat-out refused to acknowledge the delay and how disappointed I am. Very bad customer experience, I would not give them money again.
Bathing suits are tricky to order online. One fit pretty great, two were a little snug...same size, so that sucks. But I'm hoping at some point they'll all fit great. :) They seem to be good material and are all as pictured. :)
Adorable suits. Good quality. I wanted to return 2 of them bc they simply weren't flattering on me. Their return process says to contact them and they will give return information. It's been 5 days of back and forth and all I asked for is the return address and they are being incredibly difficult.
Shipping is long, you can't see any tracking or order status info even after the money has been deducted from your bank account. I was uneasy about the whole thing especially since this was my first experience with Meetcurve. You get the confirmation of your order and that's about it. I waited about 2 1/2 weeks for my order. I finally reached out to customer support by email since that's about the only way to reach them. Someone responded back & assured me that this amount of time was normal. As far as the bathing suits themselves, not the best quality but it will work. One of the swimsuits I ordered doesn't fit quite right. I'm going on a trip soon & now don't have much time to return and purchase a different swimsuit. I just wish the turn around time was much faster.
I ordered a one piece bathing suit, bathing suit top, and a cover up. The only thing that fit remotely right was the cover up so I decided to return the one piece and the top.
I reached out to customer service and when I finally got a response, they offered me a $5 credit and $16 back on my card…for a $93 order. It took over a month of back and forth (with days in between with no response from them) to get $31 credit to just keep the items that didn't fit. Absolutely ridiculous concept if you ask me.
