I had to process a return and order a smaller size. I don't love the return method, but it is what it is because I really wanted the swimsuit. Once I received the second one, it fit perfectly, however, the stitching was coming out and I'll have to try and sew it myself. Sadly, it is a tricky fabric. Hopefully it works.

Good quality but prices are high and got confused with the description and the picture as I thought I was ordering a full set but only received the top.

Horrible customer service. My emails were never answered the same day they were sent. Only have 14 days to return only to hear back from customer service everywhere day cutting that 14 day window in half.

The bottoms I ordered were very thin. Even though they were black I was very worried that they were see through.

Easy and order came as said. Sizes were a bit big - I'll keep in mind for next purchase

Very difficult to return items. Wanted pictures and wanted me to pay to ship items back

They are not easy. Took me 4 emails to get the complete return instructions. I am ready to mail it back and hoping to get the full credit for the items.

Sizing was all over the place. Bought 4 swimsuits: two were too small, one too large, and one fit well. Not for ladies with a large chest. There is not much bust support. Return process was a nightmare! They tried to drag out the process and offer me only partial refunds to keep items that didn't fit.

I purchased multiple items from this company, I was unhappy with the items requested of return and got multiple pushbacks before I was given the address and process for returning the items. They items have now been returned and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I have shop here before and like the quality of the clothing

The items arrived too late for me to wear them even though I bought them 3 weeks ago and when they finally arrived, they were too small for me to wear.

Worst return experience ever!
They take 1-3 days to respond to emails, they kept withholding the return address in hopes that I would accept a store credit, or partial refund but keep the clothes. I had to pay to ship the suits back (that were smaller than advertised). I received a return package confirmation from them over a week ago and am still waiting for my funds. Apparently it can take up to another 30 days for funds to process?! I've been in this inefficient return process for over 3 weeks now, still no refund, just another $17 deeper with shipping.

Love the variety of choices and loved the bathing suit I ordered. Exactly as pictured.

Following the sizing guide, I selected a size that should have fit with room to move, but unfortunately none of the items fit. Currently waiting to hear about refunds, customer service has been polite thus far.
