Ordered and never received the product. And when I requested that you express it to me I was denied the request. Actually, wasn't denied by the request was completely disregarded.

I ordered a swim top and bottom that didn't fit. I've reached out a couple of times to get details on how to return them - I've received an offer to keep the products and get a gift card, etcetera, but still have no information on how to return them.

Love my bathing suits. I will be wearing them all for my coming vacation. Reminder for bigger chested ladies remember to look if the Bathing suit has a wire bedded bra.

Ordered from a Facebook link. The suits were nice and well priced. One of the 3 I ordered fits a bit snug but otherwise they seem to be good quality.

I thought, since the website was made to look like an Australian company, that the returns policy was legit. However, it's totally nonsense. They ask u to keep the items you want to return & deposit a tiny amount into your account.
100% negotiate & get the proper amount you are due. This is a $#*! site for returns & for girls with big boobs... otherwise, it might work for u

It was easy to shop on the website, the prices were reasonable, and the quality of the items were good.

The bathers I received are really good quality, good sizing and great customer service as I asked about delivery.

Bathing suits were not sized as stated, and when returns/refunds were requested, they offered minimal money back, responded extremely slowly (2-5 days from receipt to response), tried to get me to just keep suits that didn't fit and were poor quality… it was a horrible experience and I will never order from them again.

Easy to use website. Would be nice if the different colour options for a suit were available when you look at that piece and not listed as a separate piece (when it's the same top or bottom but a different colour). It would just be less hassle trying to view different options and you could see all the different colour options in one place. The suits were excellent quality, fitnas expected, prices were reasonable and shipping was fast!

I bought $250 worth of bathers to try on a few sizes. None of the items fit and I emailed them to return all items. They would not give me a shipping address and offered a 'partial refund' of the money or a gift card (I have read that the gift cards don't even work when purchasing). I pursued the refund and now they won't reply to any emails. They don't accept returns or refunds despite their '15 day' return policy, which is also ridiculous as they don't even reply to emails fast enough.

This is an absolute SCAM - The first time I have been so disappointed by online shopping... I can't believe they are even allowed to trade in Australia. I wish I could give a 0 star rating.

I exchanged a bathing suit for a different size, and they gave me a gift card to purchase the new one. My experience had been great up until this point so I didn't think anything of it. When I received my new suit and it still didn't fit correctly, they refused to refund my order because they do not refund gift card orders. This is ridiculous because this was originally my money, not a gift card. I bought another suit on top of the original exchange and they will not refund that money either, which was NOT a gift card. We went back and forth via email where they basically just said the same thing over and over again without even trying to fix it, until they informed me that my return period is over and they can no longer do anything about it. They are basically just scamming people and stealing their money.

Took a while to receive products after ordering and didn't get shipping updates. Pieces I ordered ended up being too large in the bust for me so when I reached out to return it took me 4 tries to get the directions to send a return for a full refund. And they don't provide a prepaid shipping label. Haven't finished processing return yet but hoping I'm able to get my money back in full

Suits are cheaply made but fine enough for a wear or two - if you don't mind your body being stained with the colour of the suit afterwards.

Don't buy unless you're certain things will fit - customer service is all bots and returns are a headache; they basically push you into accepting a gift card for the amount of the return, only helpful if you want to buy something else - which I wouldn't recommend.

I received my order rapidly, and most of the items I selected fit well. The quality of the product is great, and I will have the model that was not fitting perfectly adjusted so I can keep them. So far I am very impressed with the quality vs price!

The product was fabulous and my bill came to around 73 dollars with taxes and shipping. Your company took an extra 20$ out of my account somehow? I'm not exactly sure happened.

Happy with the entire experience. The bathing suits are a little snug but still fit great. The quality is amazing. Very pleased!
