63 emails and 32 days, my bank and PayPal, that's what it took to get my money back for a product I never received.
The charges me more to my account than the website stated and the emails were full of lies, improper English translation, and I say again, lies to the max.
The models, and the names of customer services are all a disguise, leading you to believe it's American. Look at the currency rate conversion and you will see why they hold, and attempt to keep your money. Moreover, they will lie multiple times stating different things and try to withhold a full refund.
If you do not desire a nightmare, avoid this site at all costs and finally, research each site to buy American so you avoid my mistake!

I tried on all 3 of my bathers and to my surprise they all fit perfectly and look amazing!

I made an order, they took my money immediately then contacted me and said that I ordered too many items and that I had to either agree to not return anything (going against their own returns policy) or cancel the order. I asked to cancel and they are now saying that it will take up to 30 business days to refund and that I can check the progress on my account - which has booted me off and the reset password page just sends you a link to the website home page. It seems like a big scam to me. Thank god I used PayPal and have some recourse. Just ridiculous considering they were happy to take my money immediately and have not even attempted to deliver the product.

The swim dress came as shown in the picture & the fabric appears to be a good quality. The order arrived in a timely manner.
I am looking forward to wearing it to the pool.

I received my purchase in a timely manner and I am very happy with the quality and fit of the purchase

Ordered the same size in 2 swim suits. One fits great the other seems almost 2 sizes smaller…a shame but I am still continuing to lose weight so will hang on to them & hopefully they fit better by Xmas!

I ordered swimsuits 4 weeks before my trip. I received a message saying my order had been shipped but the tracking never moved. I messaged customer service and they said they would check on it and get back to me. It's 4 days later and no update. I'm left without swimsuits for a cruise.

I ordered some products which smelled really badly. Then i wanted to send them back and asked for the return adress and over weeks, they didnt want to give it to me. Then tried to handle some deals with me like ' i give you XX € back and you keep the products'. I opened up a Paypal conflict. Then after 2 months they said, ok they will send me the money, but can't because the Paypal conflict has to be closed first. I didnt know back then, that if I close a conflict i have no rights anymore. Of course i didnt get my money back. Its now over 3 months ago. DONT SHOP THERE, PLEASE!

Ordered three items, two were as described, the third bathing suit was cute, but no support in the top. I was willing to return it in the original package, but I was asked to pay the shipping. Since this was not my error, I didn't feel I should pay the shipping. When customer service received my message, they immediately wanted to keep my business and keep me happy and offered a gift card AND keep the product. This definitely made me happy and kept my business. Thank you.

Placed order for 2 S.suits, payment made to find order went through for 3 not 2, immediately sent email to be told my order had been shipped and they couldn't resolve/ refund my order amazing that my order was shipped within 2 minutes of being made. Theives...

Meet Curve suits are well made and use good materials. Their customer service response is very good BUT. The sizing of their swimsuits is waaaay off! Run very small and are very short waisted. I'm disappointed because their styles are nice. They need to do better research on plus size womens sizing in the USA.

After my initial swimwear purchase it was nearly impossible to find out how to return the product. After countless emails I finally got a resolution and it was satisfactory. But I never want that kind of hassle again.
