I was searching for bathers (tops mainly) for my daughter who needs large sizes for her bikini tops only. Great selection with lovely designs, and very well priced. She is over the moon with her new bathers. We also ordered her the bather skirt and it is so lovely and flattering. Would definitely recommend and buy again!
The swimmers are great quality, I was just a little disappointed I couldn't get a full refund living in Australia,
I ordered according to description and sizing chart and nothing fit. Everything was big and didn't hold the girls in like I was hoping with the underwire.
I bought two pair of swim suits and both arrived and fit beautifully - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've been trying for 3 days to get a return started. They keep asking me over and over if I'll take a gift card or partial refund and take the swimsuits. Bought 3 swimsuits. All the same size, none of them fit. Some too big, some too small.
Bought 2 sets of swimmers the same size, 1 fit and 1 was ridiculously small. Sizing should be equal across the board. Returns were ridiculous. Should be free to return items but wanted me to pay for shipping to USA from Australia! Was offered a partial refund that I never received but only after declining a store credit.

I never received my order and I got no credit or resolution. All I got was a repetitive email to call ups. Horrible customer service, bunch of fakes
The company is a rip off. They took my $357 then told me that because I ordered the same swimsuit and three sizes they were canceling my order. They told me we need to measure to determine the best fit. Mind you, I was buying for myself and 2 of my daughters that are all different sizes that I was buying the swimsuits for. This was almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to my account. I can't understand how or why they took my money in the first place before they fulfilled the order. Do yourself a favor and go to Amazon. They have similar styles and prices and ship much faster with no hassle.
I ordered my size, based on the measurements on the size chart. To a tea and all three items I ordered did not fit. A little disappointing.

Clearly they want to avoid refunding me my money as they are not providing the details for return. I have given them all the needed info and they are still trying to give me store credit which I do not want. Will never shop there again. Disgusting treatment.

The return process was a hassle. I'm order to try my items I had to email back and forth several times.
After ordering some bathers and a cover up, I requested express postage due to my upcoming holiday quickly approaching. I received the cover up not too long after but my bathers did not arrive.
I followed up via email and the response I received was 'we have looked into this and it appears this item is sold out'.
There was no communication prior to my follow up to let me know I would not be receiving this item. They were quick to take my money for an item that was not even available, however I now I have to wait up to 15 days to get my money back!
