The swim dress fits brilliantly. It is great quality and I am extremely satisfied.

Received goods ok. No issues with product quality or make. 2 x items do not fit (size and cut). I could not find a returns/exchange process, so sent an email. Solution offered was a store credit or partial refund for keeping the items, in order to eliminate shipping costs. I replied I wasn't interested in either offer. Next refund offer was similar. Personally not interested in bargaining or bartering for a refund. Great items, but I won't be shopping here again.

I received defective and improperly fitting merchandise; when I tried to return my swimsuits, the "customer service team" repeatedly asked me to accept store credits for ridiculously low amounts in exchange for keeping the items I did not want. One of the swim tops looks sun-bleached and has the company logo from the packaging transferred across the chest. The other swim top is a 3x, but has extremely small breast cups that does not allow for a correct fit.
I ordered same suit 2 sizes. Kept one. Customer service to return was professional and prompt.
