I had 1 item that fit, the return process was awful. Lots of wheeling & dealing on there part & I finally gave in to their offer, which only gave me back half my expense. Probably won't buy from them again.

Easy, fast, clear descriptions and sizing. Suits fit great and looked good. I'm a little disappointed with the clasps as they came looking old and rusted/used as opposed to shiny and new.

I have been trying to return the bathing suit I purchased for the next size smaller. I have been offered money and gift cards to not return the item which is really weird. I finally got the return information a day or so ago. I am no longer interested in exchanging. I just want a full refund so I can buy elsewhere.

I ordered three bathing suits for my daughter and one for me all the ones that came for my daughter were beautiful on her. The one for me was too short for my torso, so it was very Tight and pulled my breast down, so I'm gonna probably have to return that one

The only thing that bothered me was I couldn't use the tracking. I sent and email about not able to see it 13 days after I got confirmation it was in my mailbox.

I'm not a tall person but my one piece is too short in the torso.

Poor quality of product and I still do not have all of the info I need to process my return.

While plus size friendly I did not feel the Bathing suit/tank support was good. One item will make do. And, the other item's material was just irritating to my skin. I tried to return and basically they're giving me credit while keeping the item.

Buying was easy. But size chart is not reliable for all items. Chances are it won't fit and you'll waste time to return it.
Return was complicated and long compared to other stores.

Easy shopping experience and the bathing suits are beautiful and high quality. But as a tall person, they are somewhat short in the body. For anyone over 5'9, be aware of this.

Bathing suit was described as having an underwire. It did not have an underwire and suit was made very cheaply and fit odd despite the other issue. Took forever to get help but I finally did get my refund. Just a big hassle and disappointment all around.

Hello, it did take a really long time to get product and in fact made me think it was a scam! Once I received product I was very happy although one of the suits could have come with directions on how to put it together. Overall, I am happy with my purchases.

Good! It was a little different... the 1st items received I received I wanted to return. But rather than returning they let me keep the order and have a credit to make another purchase!
