Could have been easier to read account details and have options better explained. Everything was not viewable online. Had to thrust what they said rather being able to see.
They're never clear in my terms, they sound like I'm always an inconvenience, they make excuses for one another as in "oh I'm sorry to hear that he may have been having a bad day" like ok? Leave that at the door before you clock in. Rude. Just all around rude. Can't wait to get my things then I won't have to speak with them as much. Cause god damn they're the worst. Can't even track one of my items! Don't even want to call the trash support. Maybe had like one good call. That's it

The process was not explained well at all. My order will have arrived almost a month after it was ordered. I paid almost as much in shipping as I did the cost of the product and it will have taken 10 business days just in shipping. I could have gotten a uhaul truck and hot it myself for cheaper. Not to mention the lack of consideration or call backs when the situation was drawn out. The verification process was a complete mess as they did not verify my payment or my address for almost 2 weeks. All around bad experience

At this time I am very frustrated with the laptop which I purchased. Screen has a weird lol, and will nit connect to wi hi, but everything else in my home does. I will be returning the Leo top, as I've had it roughly a month.

I love the television. Surprised my girlfriend she's so happy. We got a 65 inch in the living room I had for a couple years. We needed one in our bedroom so I picked out the 55 inch curved Samsung 4K UHD flatscreen. Clarity is amazing, barely any motion blur. Was watching shrek with my soon to be 2 year old daughter she was stuck. Beautiful picture and quality.
I bought a Polk Audio surround sound. The price was very good. Lowest I'd seen! So I ordered it. $160 charge for handling! WHAT? Won't buy from MDG again. No interest, we charge it upfront?!

I am finding loopholes in everything. They made me pay extra for delivery. I had to make two payments. She said she would knock off $100. Just a bunch of big disappointments.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
