UPS is the worst mail service available, they always make you go to the access point, they never knocked on the door and now I have to go to this place on my labor hours. Terrible service, probably my first and last time with MDG.

Will not finance any items moving forward. I was going to purchase additional items until I dug in deep to what I was actually being charged for my current purchase! The amount of my purchase more than doubled the amount that I was told I would pay! I was told I could cancel the additional Club Membership before 90 days and I called before the 90 days and was told no record of call and they would not reimburse the additional 8.95 a month. I was told I had 28 payments left by a representative and then not 5 min later was told I had 42 payment left by a supervisor! Everyone I spoke to was very nice but not happy with outcome!

For payments, our finance department can provide you with a complete payment history from day one until now. Everything is provided online to you and nothing is hidden. After receiving my computer tried if for a couple of days and decided that I really didn't want it, but after looking at their terms and conditions it clearly states no returns. I guess I'm stuck with it and payments for the next two years.

I have had a very good experience with MDG since opening my account with them in the last 6 months. My only complaint would be the seemingly tedious and/or drawn out approval process that happens with the first order. That seemed to take much longer than necessary but there may be reasons I'm unaware of. The quality of the merchandise has been good enough that I've just placed a 2nd order, and because my payments are all set up automatically, my credit is very good with them. I was able to do an instant order type transaction, but I had to change my bank account listed so that took an extra day. Other than that, I can only say good things!

Other than the long process. The delivery could have been better. Could've been quicker. Better communication and timing understanding people have jobs and need things planned to be accommodated and not just show up without warning weekends would be preferred

I ordered a switch lite and though I have not received it yet the customer service has been helpful! I'm currently in the verification process and am hoping to see this by christmas but so far so good! *update* spoke with verification and item will ship Thursday and should recieve tracking Friday. I was happy that i could increase the payment amount and make it weekly instead of no weekly without any penaltys for paying off sooner! They also said they are not taking the mext payment out until after im expected to recieve the item which was great! Very happy with the experience so far and am looking forward to receiving the item. I work as a leader in customer service at a large company and am very happy with the service received.

I am a new MDG customer. I was in desperate need of a computer. I was approved quickly, and have a nice credit line. Needless to say, I now have a new computer, and my account rep walked me through every single step, and kept up with me even when I was too busy to respond to calls or messages. Great job MDG!

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
