The first purchase from the was a very long process, which I understand. Although I've never had to give so much information to get a product, but I get they need to know how to get to you if you default. This second time though was super easy. Just picked what I wanted, signed the form, someone called to verify my info and then the product was shipped out. Easy.

I appreciate it and was able to get it the Bundle TV and Speakers I wanted. I still have to read more of the Manual because when I went to Settings some of the things I read say's not featured on my Samsung, like voice and there's no button on the remote for eather. I was able to get my Alexa Echo Dot to work on Hulu so she still must be able to do more, I don't have her quite figured out yet either. I looked at the price of the Polk Sound Bar and omni SB1 on Polk's website and found the price of it wasn't too far from what I paid for the Bundle! I like to jump in to things so I can see and hear what I got. When I get the time I'm sure I will get the rest figured out, so I am Very Happy to get this for Christmas! I have placed a few orders with Mdg and have always been happy with the whole deal. This time it took me 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to place my order, and unfortunately this time my order are both Christmas presents and they are going to be late. One of them is a Santa present for a 6 year old little boy and he will be getting a picture of his toy instead of the toy on Christmas morning.

Everything is great except my delivery this time is the 26 th of Dec for my delivery and should of been the 24th, kidda sad as they could of done me better as getting my order filled faster. :(

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
