I have been a customer since 2012. MDG has been the VERY best company to deal with. The products are the most up to date. Customer service is a pleasure to deal with, polite and very knowledgeable. I would deal with this company again in a heartbeat.

All ways finance with mdg Quick and easy. People are polite speake french and english is very nice to.
I have been over all vrry happy with the services offered by MDG. There customer service is very good but could use some polishing. I ordered a 40 inch Samsung 4k UHD smart tv, and a Samsung Galaxy tab A. Both where shipper fast with quick access to tracking numbers and arrived at my door when it was supposed to.
I definitely would buy from them again, and have referred a number of people to them.

It's been good, they are pretty flexible and love to help out if you cant make a payment or anything on time due to last minute things.
I was looking to lease a big screen TV and came upon MDG. I never thought I would get approved and thought I would have to jump through lots of hoops. I applied and within a day I was called by my personal representative and he walked me through the process. It was painless and I got a Samsung 55" LCD HDMI television. That was in June of 2014 and I am still very satisfied with my purchase. I bet you are wondering would you do it again. Last November (2016) I had had it with my laptops and wanted a desktop. I knew that by paying my monthly installments I was bring up my available purchase line, so, I checked out MDG again. The had a varied selection of desktops. I found one I liked and put in an order. Again a rep called me and walked me through the process, which was even easier the second time around. I am typing this review on that very desktop. I am very satisfied with the products available, pricing and customer service. In the future I will not hesitate to go to MDG first. MDG is a fast and easy way to get the stuff you want!

MDG is probably the best company i have ever done business with for any of my electronic needs. I purchased a laptop, an LED TV, and a cell phone. They are not very costly and they work within your budget so you don't pay way over your head for quality stuff. Might i mention that there customer service is outstanding. I purchased a cell phone from MDG, and it ended up failing within the extended service plan time, so they replaced it with no questions asked. Great company!
So I have ordered a laptop as well as the 55" Samsung curved 4k smart tv. I had to go through too many steps just to qualify for the financing, to top that off I was told by one rep that my interest rate was 2.1% per month... WRONG! It is actually almost 5.5% per month. Any ways that was just the start. It's been a constant fight with reps to figure out my very simple 3 pc order. I have received my laptop and xbox one. My tv had arrived early to my surprise. However they sent me the wrong tv. Upon calling them, I ended up talking to a lady who spoke very poor English and obviously didn't understand it either. The tv I had been shipped was a considerable downgrade from my purchase order, and upon trying to explain to this lady that I did not want this old tv; she offered me a measly 100 off my order... I paid $80 just to rent a vehicle to pick the dawn thing up...
End result that was I didn't accept the tv and didn't sign for it, told them to send it back. That was on Friday. I was told by her that a manager would be contacting me by end of day Monday... It is now Tuesday 9:15pm my time in Alberta... still no phone call.
As you can assume I am at my wits end with this company and unless they get there sh*t together I might possibly ship everything back to them and get my refund. I definitely have not had a good experience with MDG...
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
MDG has been the easiest company I ever dealt with, My credit is lets say on the poor side with MDG financing was easy few forms call to my employer and done. With a 55" curve tv and a HP lab top my bi-weekly payments are more then affordable, less the a year my credit score has gone up almost 100 points, I would recommend MDG to anyone. THANK YOU MDG

MDG is the best there was absolutely no issues they was fast at processing my order and they answered any emails and question in a fast timely manner. I bought a ps4 and 50 inch smart tv bundle from them and it is awesome my family and I love the merchandise we would order from them again as well as refer them as the employees are the friendliest and most helpful people. They met my expectations above and beyond.
