Scam beware

I ordered something with mdg the asked me to send them bank statement to verify my bank and if it belonged to me they debit the money days before and refused to send me the item and would not give me my money back what the are doing is against the law proof look at these pictures I sighed the agreement in April don't want to give me my item or a refund if u want to loose money and took advantage of do not shop here

I have been a customer for more then 2 years and have been pretty happy. All the hoops are getting crazy. I changed my bank and here comes all the problems. I closed my account and me and my wife got a joint account. Well because her name is on the bank account apparently they can not change over my payment method. They have already charged my old bank resulting in so many fees I can not even name them all. Now they want me to call to verbally say this is my account. I work more then 12 hours a day and they are closed when I get out of work. They want me to call on my break at work. I work in a canning factory and told them they won't even hear me. Apparently they won't talk to my wife. I sent bank statements showing my name address and account number yet I still have to jump more. They are making it harder and harder and right now with the world the way it is nobody needs this kind of stress. I will be paying this off asap and never using them again.

NOT BECAUSE, SAY, YOU QUALIFY FOR $1,400 MEANS YOU GOT THE CREDIT. Becafull doesn't get your filling hurt. After I applied & qualify for "$1,400 credit," I ordered] s22 ultra. It took me a Whole Entire week sending emails and calls, so they started to ask me for I'd, SSC, proof of address, a friend, and a family member information like you're buying a fking house unbelievable. This is more like ''copy my identity'' to do poorly because is nothing on the webpage to buy. It took me 2weeks, and I was not approved to realize that. I hope NO. I am rebuilding my credit… I have a 608 Credit score in TransUnion with only three credit cards, 2 build your credit-debit card, Credit Sesame with a $500 limit and Sable Credit card with a $3,000 limit, first Progress Credit card $1,500, Small loan to build my credit of $1,800, Fingerhut $250 Credit Limit. Checking my bank account with $1,000, no savings, and because I am out of work at this moment, I make 16,500. Yearly. And I do not qualify Ummm

Scam

First of all... $#*! them... I Ordered my laptop and paid 90 a month with 2 separate payments. Sometimes they would steal another of $43 along with the $90. I have an outstanding balance that barely dropped. I called customer service. And they hung up on me. It's been nearly 2 years now. So they stole a little bit more from me than what I paid for including their high interest rates. I bet all the good reviews are from their peoples. And they will answer back to my review with a "oh I'm sorry that this happened to you". That's pretty much an automated reply that they stole from some where elses. I canceled my monthly payments since they stole from me. And lastly, crime don't pay $#*! heads.

You have to buy with the intention of paying sooner then the end date of contract. Otherwise you'll pay triple the price in interest. As for the items, they are exactly as shown. It a good compagny for people who wants to rebuild their credit.

Hello- So, on 2021-01-20 I made a purchase on MDG.ca, after weeks of my roommate convincing me that it'd be a quick process to set-up an account, and that he'd buy it himself if he hadn't already spent the balance on his MDG.ca account, AND that he'd send me the $ for payments each month - Fast forward to a year and a half later, we are no longer roommates, he never sent me a single cent for the couch, and my credit got GBed for months on top of months because I was too ignorant to pay attention, and by the time I was paying attention the interest has skyrocketed- I've been making regular payments every month for the passed 6-7 months but the balance has yet to budge? Now I'm finding out that the interest rate is so high that it essentially means I'll never be able pay it off unless its all at once? I don't have that kind of money, or I wouldn't have even considered using the site in the first place? It hurts my head the more I learn about just how hard I $#*!ed myself, any help at all would be great

The faster the balance decreases, the less interest you pay and more money you can save. In your MDG account, you can access your monthly statements and see other details about your payments. Scam Company

I financed an Oculus Quest 2 off of MDG. When I received it, it had a manufacturer damaged lens. I immediately contacted mdg. Gina the customer service representative says screw you. We are not going to replace it. It's up to you to get a good one. Good or bad mdg supplied the system. Now me the customer has the hassle of trying to get a good one. Until I have a good working non damaged Oculus in my hand MDG will never see a payment from me. BILL Shortridge

I had move to Lethbridge 3 months ago. My laptop blow up and I was going to order one from them, Will follow all their steps and when I when to verify who I was found out someone I don't know didn't pay for his items. So they told me until I pay for his stuff they will not send me my order. Like how rude and nice way to scam someone. I have reported them for this scam. Please be careful and find a company that will take care of you

In 02/22/2022 order confirmation from MDG
- so many calls from MDG, talk with agent Bob, electronic voices on hold… it is suspicious. Verification and set payment, next day set shipping, next day verification. So, sounds like scam.
- All my documents like passport, address, phone number etc. was absolutely fine in my MDG account. Very important information.
In 03/04/2022 was first payment 37.34$
- problem was I have not my stuff from MDG, okay, maybe sounds like down payment. Respectful.
In 03/09/2022 have order cancellations and my agent Bob wanna more documents
- Bob told me about missing documents, my passport from Czech Republic (not Check) was absolutely fine, do you remember? But in the moment we have some problem with my scanned passport.
- I'm not sure, but why agent wants my Photo ID and my SIN number? In this moment my mind was
- I want cancel my order
- 7-10 business days is waiting time for refund
- Bob: Sorry about it! Bye

I don't recommend this company. S*it costumer service, no information on installments, so long process, high interest rates (for example, my order was Lenovo laptop. Normal prize in store is 1300-1400$, with MDG? 1800-1900$.)
And fack is… MDG does not have any goods in stock.

My computer broke within weeks of recieving it and than after everything is paid off they continue to take money out of your account. Wait and afterwards tell you a balance is still owed so for a membership that is supposed be $8.95 a month but if you cancel it they continue you charge and add a balance to it. This is a big joke be careful

This place is a scam and Don't make the same mistakes I did and order from them. They will rob with over priced cheap $#*! that you could get for half the price. Their customer service is terrible none of them speaks good English. And they play so many games so guys please don't do it.And they wouldn't let me give 0 stars because that's what they deserve.

STAY AWAY SCAM COMPANY!

First off all the ppl giving these ppl 5 stars is there customer service ppl trying to improve there rating. No one in there right mind would give this pos company 5 stars. I have to say MDG are a bunch of thieves. I missed one payment and they said they wouldn't report it to the credit bureau because I had lost my job to Covid and was supposed to be on a relief plan yeah that didn't happen. Instead they reported my payment 30 days late and haven't held there end I've asked nicely many times for these no intelligent ppl to delete it off my credit and have had zero help. Instead I get letters in the mail saying that I have $2500 credits to use like you seriously think I'm going to use your company that ppl can't even speak proper English and customer service is rude af. You ppl must be out of your mind and should really get out of America because you don't belong here if you can't speak English. Don't ever do any business with these ppl or you will regret it!
