I went to McDonald's located at 103 street in3 avenue in Manhattan and they remodel the place looks nice but the serice was horrible. I placed an order by the new machine myself and I had to wait about 25 to 30 min for fries and a cheeseburger. The workers seems very rude and I feel they shouldn't be working there cause they act like children. Not a friendly environment to enjoy food. I gave a one star cause ot new remodeling job

I was shocked at how poorly I was treated at a McDonald's drive through in Pewaukee, WI on Ryan Road today. This location does not accept breakfast sandwich deals on the McDonald's app, their drive through is slow and disjointed and they price items ordered as ala carte rather than consolidate the items as a meal. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese sandwich meals and they decided it benefited them more to price the sandwich, hash browns and drinks separately. When I called the manager to discuss, her reply was the owner operates independently from McDonald's corporate. The deals app is something they choose not to honor due to the wishes of their owner.

Why would McDonald's grant a franchise to someone who refuses to accept deals on the app they created for customers? Price gouging is not something McDonald's is known for either. I do not feel like I should be ordering food ala carte at a McDonald's vis-a-vis a fancy steakhouse.

My suggestions is to change the name to Mac's and Don's because this restaurant does not come close to the standards adhered to by most McDonald's restaurants I patronize. This will be my last visit and my suggestion is to follow my lead and avoid this place.

The drive-thru often gets my order wrong so I am forced to go inside, wait again for however many customers are ahead of me, and then am "helped" without so much as an apology. I go through the drive-thru because I specifically don't want to go inside. It sucks when I'm forced to do this because of their error and they aren't considerate of my time. Taco Bell often gets orders wrong as well, but at least they are apologetic and give me coupons for free tacos, etc.

I asked for oatmeal and they said they were still serving but didn't have any. So how can you be serving something that you don't have.

The bathrooms were dirty but the workers were nice besides Jared he was really pushy on what I should order

My name is Ntando. Yesterday around 10am I visited Mc Donald's Rock n Roll. The service was exceptional. I was served by Abigial Dube. I will visit the store very soon.

My order was ready and it was hot and employees was respectful and helpful however I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get sum sweet tea, instead of one tha employees taking my cup and giving me some from behind tha counter I wait on sum to b brewed and brought to tha lobby, so much for tha hot food

I frequent stores in the Paris, Marshall, and Casey Illinois area. These stores are owned by the same person. The shortage of employees at these stores is causing a vast separation from the fast food norm as we know it. The long waits for twice the price and less service is one thing but along with that the employees taking money at all 3 stores are about the last thing I want to see before eating. The filthy hand at Casey that reached for my money was only distracting until I looked past it at the shirt. That person was absolutely filthy with large oil stains all over the shirt. And that wasn't the first incident with the mentioned stores. Yesterday at the Paris store things went relatively smooth but when I unwrapped the hamburgers the meat was hot but the bread was very stale. I ordered a 1/4 with cheese and thats all they put on the bun. A pattie and cheese. Nothing else. I would say if your in the area keep going.

I ordered a happy meal, however I still felt sad afterwards. Everything was cooked and not raw and crispy the way i like my toes. The first time I walked through those doors I felt like a main character, only to be pushed aside by a roadman, I would've let it slide if he was hot however he was far from. I like McDonalds, it's a staple in my diet however I think I'll go to burger king next time. XOXO gossip girl

I got a happy meal and it was good but it had no toy and sauce and i Specifically asked for a toy and I didn't get one.

Tried the "buy one get one for a $", chose the Big Mac. WOW, it was but a very small mere shadow of what I remembered a Big Mac to be. The two thin sheets of meat were pale grey and tasteless as was the piece of cheese. I even tried a pickle by itself, and it too was tasteless. There was plenty of chopped lettuce to bulk it up and fall all over as I ate it. The only taste was the lettuce and massive amount of Russian dressing. All in all, I will never ever buy a Big Mac again! Had an ice-cream cone and was shocked at the price, used to be around $1.50 and now around $2.50! Is that an inflationary price increase or price gouging for something that probably costs them pennies to make. Such a disappointment all around!

Hate McDonald's n Lakeland hate it and the stupid mangers someone needs to make a surprise visit, and the only reason I gave 1 star was because I could not leave it blank

Ordered 2 egg muffins with mobile app and added 2 senior black coffee at drive through of 7265 Arlington Blvd, VA. An middle aged Vietnam agent murmured '2 senior coffee...' while she input order. We drove to payment window and she yelled to us, '"So 2 senior coffee?" " Yes" "Any cream & sugar?" "No. Black coffee" "... Why did you ran off!" With staring eyes. "What?" And while she hands the receipt, she yelled us again, "Complete your order before you go!" and closed the window. WTF! We had a senior in the car so by hold the confrontation, just got them and go. And opened the wrap to find the toughest egg muffin ever which was hard to cut with bread knife and chewy like a jerky. This particular spot had been displayed lots of unprofessional, irregular, and irrespective services. People normally just have been said that somebody should put some review about them but today is the day. I couldn't put my review to Consumer Affair because they don't recognize McDonals as a company name. What is this trick? Not McDonalds Restaurants of Virginia, Inc.? I felt very offended and wanted to express my opinion as a consumer.

Slow service, 35 min wait or more, nothing fast food about this location, long waits, hardly moves, more people pulln out tired of waiting, ridiculous

We had a party of 4 and loved our breakfast! Everyone tried something different we had excellent service.

We have tried to order the Oreofrappe and off the menu several times and they won't serve it because it's not in the computer. It's false advertising if it's on the menu board and kiosks if they won't serve it...they should take it off there boards!

I went to a McDonald's on Clark Street by Wellington in Chicago, what a great restaurant and a very friendly place, food is always fresh and hot and I like that I feel safe on the parking lot with the Security they have available! What a great experience I have a six year-old, I felt very comfortable! By the way I don't normally eat fries but those I had are the best I EVER tasted!

I go to the McDonalds not far from my where I live. The employees are rude and act as though the customers are never right. Rule of thumb no matter the problems that may arise the customer is always correct. A customer ordered a large amount of food and needed to order more and the employee stated "why didn't you order that at the same time" The store is a mess. Tables are a mess never been wiped down floors are dirty looks like the same stuff on the floor from days prior. Flies always flying around. I can go on but I think this is a good brief description of what I am talking about.
