After paying for my food I waited 22 minutes and then went inside for a refund. Dirty store and the employees don't care. Last time I will ever go there. If I could give them a negative 5 star I would.

This Manger at McDonald's on 82nd and slide. A Spanish tattooed woman who looks mean as hell and displays it in her work environment. This leaves the customer's in astonishment. She feeds Frank Tello for free and tells me I have to ask Frank if u can eat free. I have money but favoritism and bias I do not. What kind of business ya'll running?

I have been getting breakfast at this same location for many years,last year the started having employee troubles and people not showing up for work in the morning our not enough employees schedule either way the use day old tough buns on their mc muffins...stoped going because the franchise will not investigate their actions...bye!

There is clearly evidence of a hostile work environment at the store on Cedar Street in Mason, Mi. I have noticed how new employees greet customers with friendly smiles and words. After a couple of weeks it's like they can't wait to get you out of their way. Today not a single employee said thank you or you're welcome to me. In fact, when I received me food at the window the manager handed it to me, said nothing when I said "thank you, " and complained that I had dumped a small amount of water on the pavement that was in my McDonalds cup from the previous day. I asked for her to return to the window so that she could apologize to me, but she sent a young female employee to tell me to use the trash can.

Price went up and product has gotten grossly cheap. The people who owns the company aren't even from here and don't eat our kind of food. It's all about the money.

Order three cheese burgers, 20 piece nugget and fries I asked for 1 bbq 2 ranch and 5 of the new Big Mac sauces to cover all the products with enough sauce and was told they can't give me as many as I asked for so I was told I got one of each. If I'm spending money and getting that much food I should be allowed more than 3 sauces, this makes me so angry that I now have to have dry food because I was allowed to get what I asked for!

I'm sorry that I'm not sorry... I've sit back and watched it go on for so long that it's such a pity anymore. A business built on discrimination and toxicity. Until I'm heard and something is done about it I'll write a review everyday! Almost everytime i come in the store. I witness a mentally handicapped employee get yelled at and talked down because they are being friendly and making a welcoming atmosphere. I hate the fact that all the nicest workers get treated like garbage and the spiteful ones get treated better than anyone. I hate the fact that people still supports a business that is abusive towards the mentally handicapped. If you support that behavior then your apart of the problem.
Amongst that, I've never seen such a sad crew in my time of working there and returning as a customer, there is no moral because terrible T is always yelling at someone for not being as "great" as her. Well in my eyes if im doing my best and you start talking down on me saying i need to do better. Well that's gonna make me feel like $#*! and now I'm depressed I'm overthinking everything I'm doing and now nothing is good enough for her. The company isn't the problem, the CO workers ain't the problem, it's always the General Manager. People follow the lead and if the lead is a bad apple well it won't be before long that all of em is rotten. People don't leave companies they leave their employer/The toxic people who made them. Retrospect, we are humans and it's about time everyone gets treated equally and fairly. All lives matter, especially mentally handicapped. I hope this sees the right people.

The Mc Donald's on SE 14th n Indianola rd has a well deserved reputation as the $#*! up your order McDonalds! The person who ENTERS in your order did fine and was very nice… HOWEVER. The woman filling the orders was either HIGH or just didn't care, and showed it… I ordered the Sausage McGriddle bundle,& the ticket was correct…but what I GOT were sausage BURRITOs…
Either she can't read a ticket or doesn't give a $#*!! If this was the only time this has happened, I would excuse it… but it happens EVERY TIME I go thru the drive thru on my way to work! And they expect to be paid almost as much as I get paid in my healthcare job?!

It a good place to eat I suggest you try McDonald's foods they have good staff their nice and kind and they don't get your order wrong

This review is directed to the McDonald's on East End Blvd in Marshall, Texas. These were some of the most unprofessional and lackadaisical employees I have experienced. The drive thru menu was not on when I mentioned it the employee said, 'yea it's out'. I made my order and a second employee said, 'is that it?'. At the pay window the employee gave me my order and then walked away. The words 'yes sir' and 'thank you' were never said. 04-29-2023 Take out order 1222

This morning I went to the McDonalds drive thru on University Blvd near the University of MD main campus. My breakfast order was a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, orange juice, and hotcakes only. The total cost was $12.91 with tax. So, the bagel was a "McBagel", not a good chewy substantial one, but something round with the texture of white bread and no flavor. The egg was nice and fluffy, but the cheese was still cold and not melted a bit, so it made the whole sandwich cold, and the little tiny piece of bacon was about one bite's worth, and thin as it could be. No pepper was served with this. The hotcakes were OK, but the drive thru neglected butter, so I had to use my own at home. Considering the price of $ 4.89 for three average size and average taste hotcakes, you would think McDonald's would give you some butter to go with it. So on to the orange juice. For my $2.79, I got an 8 oz plastic cup of orange juice made from concentrate. The orange juice had a bitter, acidic aftertaste, so nothing close to the quality of a national brand like Minute Made or Tropicana which it should have been for that price. The amount I spent today on a quick breakfast carry out at McDonald's would have gotten me a half dozen eggs, some store brand cheese, Canadian bacon, a name brand orange juice, and a couple great quality bagels at my grocery store. I guess you can expect to pay extra for carry out food, yet must you pay top dollar for truly mediocre quality and missing condiments? Live and learn.

I visit the McDonald's on milwaukee Ave probably about 3-4 times a week. I get same order all the time. I check the order before I leave and it's always wrong
I get one cheeseburger no ketchup, no mustard, and no pickle, Xtra onion only. One plain cheeseburger. Today Saturday April 22 I got a cheeseburger with no onion but many pickles. A cheeseburger with no cheese. I'm sorry McDonald's you've lost my business, I will never go back.

Burgers are half the size they once were along with their breakfast sandwiches. Meat patties are paper thin on burgers and biscuits. Was a regular customers for decades and now haven't stopped by a McDonald's for over a year

I told the person who waited on me I was eating in. But when they called my number, they handed me my food in a bag and when I specifically asked for a tray, I was told they weren't doing trays anymore, although I saw several trays stacked on trash cans, and a couple of costmers at tables with trays. I just now saw an employee carry food to a table ON A TRAY. I wouldn't mind managing with a bag, if I knew the table I was using was clean, but you usually have to hunt for a clean table, or use some of the napkins received with the order to clean off the least dirty part of the table. Then I have to sit there eating my meal and look at someone else's garbage. Most of the employees at the location on 84th Ave and Huron are nice, but there are a few that make you feel like you are an interruption to their day. If they can't get to someone waiting at the cash register right away, they need to at least acknowledge that see them, and that they will be with them soon. I try to support this location because it is near my home, and because the punch cards handed out for free sandwiches, when the restaurant opened, really helped me out when I was unemployed during the recession.

25cents for a cup of sauce.your not going to tell me that McDonalds can't afford to give out more sauces. Have 2 small children crying for BBQ and Ranch but nooooo 25 cents please I'm not going to run my debit card for 25 cents. Other Restaurants in town give you all the sauces you want but not Poor Poor McDonalds it's pathetic… WONT EVER GO BACK

We have not had any problems with our food or order
