Most people remember begging their parents to take them to Mickey D's. The simple hamburgers, delicious french fries and perhaps a shake would just make anyone's day. Beneath those golden arches lurked a pot of gold. Those glory days are gone. Higher prices are understandable but there is no excuse for inconsistent, tasteless quality.

Nowadays, you're lucky if your meal comes in at $10. This is fast food. I understand wages went up and that's fair. Employees deserve to get paid well instead of earning slave wages. Meat prices have gone up as has transportation costs to get the inventory delivered. But what started out as a revitalized burger and new experience has turned into more of a nightmare.

Despite the automation, the wait time is often longer. Some burgers or chicken are often plump and tasty. Other times it seems they're tasteless, dried out and competitive with cardboard. With the type of clout that McDonalds wields, quality control should be enforced more uniformly and much better. Yet, McDonalds stock price has climbed steadily. I guess the guys in the C Suite are getting really greedy.

Best way to improve things would be to stop going to this Mickey Mouse operation for a while. When the corporate chieftains start getting hungry, perhaps they'll understand just how their customers feel after eating their crap.

I regret that I have been doing business with McDonalds for all these years when this establishment supports the only colonial state in our modern time (Israel) in its genocidal war against Palestinians (the indigenous people). I am disgusted with your company providing free meals to Israel defense forces and the blatant disregard for Palestinians' rights and struggle for freedom, while children are dying because Israel shut off water, oil, gas and food. Your support to a brutal regime which subjugates innocent people, dehumanizes the entire race, stealing their homes and continues committing an ethnic cleansing since 1948 is aiding their aggression. I will not spend a penny at your place anymore. Shame on you. We will communicate your stand on the genocide against Gaza civilians with our affiliation and family members overseas as well..

The first time they were rude was when the girl taking the order made me repeat my order 4 times because she was talking to other employees. When I told the man manager he just shoved my food to me in my hand and said ok.
3 days later I used my appt and the amount did not change on the screen. When I ask her why she said" it will" when I paid it charged the regular price.
I went in and ask for a manager, a lady said her name is Maria said she was one of the managers. She was very rude and irate with me I ask her why she was so rude and she got worse. I took a pic of her and I said I will give a review. It was about 9:45 Sunday October 22,2023 if you want to look at the counter cameras.

You are supporting bad people. People who are killing babies and children imagine if they were your children who side would you be on. You are on Israel side you don't care about any children not even a bit. You deserve nothing in the world. Imagine if you were the womens suffering with no food or water imagine you didn't have food or water for days. You need to fix your damn ice cream machine, your food ain't even that good. You also need to keep better track of your orders.

They absolutely gave me kid the happy meal without the drink paid extra money for no reason and I'm pissed off and the old lady in the drive thru takes her time and wastes peoples time do not go there.

Low standards, bad experience, food materiel is low, price is very high compared to the food, I don't recommend

En el día de hoy fui al McDonald's restaurante número 35 55 que se encuentra en el 7600 northwest 57 Cris de la ciudad de Tamara florida, *******, la atención fue muy buena pero El sándwich estaba excelente estaba muy tranquilo y limpio además hablaban español también

I gave it one star because I was ripped off by Uber delivery that didn't deliver the food and didn't have an app on how it was delivered. McDownls from Epsom who sometimes send the wrong food doesn't check the drivers. McDonalds in Epsom do not answer the phone to resolve the situations they have created and charges money for service not delivered.

#2021 1507 NORTH EATON. ORDERED MC CHICKEN, SMALL FRY AND FISH. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. TASTED LIKE THE OLD OIL. DIDNT FINISH FOOD. THREW IT AWAY

Monday- missing hot cakes
Tue - missing sausage
Wed - missing eggs
Tomorrow- going somewhere else where they give you what you pay for.

Let's face it, the sauce is what makes a Big Mac, and if all you have is just a little dab, than it's really just another burger. Hard, stall, bread didn't help things either.

I did not receive the whole order i m very angry and upset I want my order new, i m still waiting please

Don't eat here! They serve raw burgers. They will only give you a refund if you bring the food back. And they will not apologize.

They get your order wrong a lot of the time, and the only good thing is their fries WHEN there're NOT soggy. No one likes soggy fry's.
