Good Experience

I would like to show my experience with MAXSOLD. I won a bid on an item, but when I picked the item, I discovered that it did not comply with the description on their site. I made a complaint and I was overwhelmed with their kind professional handling of the problem. I received an apology with a polite e-mail from Sandy Wighton (MaxSold) and even Nicole (MaxSold) helped me with filling the refund form. I will be a loyal client to MAXSOLD.

The more I participate in MaxSold online auctions, the more I love it. I was first introduced to this when a local Bell Media owned radio station participated in this online auction. I knew it was trustworthy because all the brand-new items and gift certificates were being sold by local advertisers in the Peterborough area, many who I was familiar with. I than started participating in more auctions and have learned to completely trust this method of purchasing used items. A MaxSold employee is responsible for taking the photos of items and providing a realistic opinion of the condition of the item. The more pictures of an item from different angles means I'm getting a good idea of what the item really looks like. At pickup time, I have found most of the MaxSold reps to be very friendly and they have welcomed my feedback.

I own and operate ClutterBGone, our client was looking to clear all the contents from his late parents home to get the home ready for sale. From the start of the auction process it was simple. I contact Maxsold and within 24 hours I was with connection with Adam Gordon. He made this process as easy as possible, he coordinated an amazing cataloging team and pick-up team, the communication was immediate and the end result was amazing. Our client wanted to originally throw everything out but the return was so amazing he would have just kicked himself if he had.

I am in love again! No need to search any further than the Max Sold site. I have been enjoying the great deals now for over two years travelling within a 75 mile radius to auctions... getting fantastic items at low, low prices for not only myself but passing them along to my church, local animal and homeless shelters and to family and friends. It's so easy and the staff of Max Sold at pick up is always so pleasant and helpful. Try it once and you will be addicted too! They do a super job in preparation and in pick up.
