Tried many time this evening to reach a live person, and could not get an operator to leave a message even. Maxsold i have sold 3 times thru you and purchased many times,,, no dozens of times thru you, and you new system sucks! I wish to advise all clients that i referral to you to run away from this site. Lordly this new site just does not work like the old site. I wish i did not referral you to so many folks as my good name is ruined with my good referrals. Maxsold should be ashamed.

My life will never be the same again, now that Maxsold is here in LA and 30 Metro areas.
I have introduced Maxsold to friends, family, neighbors, business associates and casual acquaintances.
What Maxsold can accomplish for so many is true and proven.
They have a process that does not chase the shiny and pricey but helps those reach their ultimate goal of "liquidation and accountability!"

My life and other lives can now have a option to liquidate in a time frame that accommodates people's lifestyles needs.

Totally took advantage of my neighbor! She lost all her items and made nothing but owed them money! Took advantage of her knowing she needed help instead of helping her they took her items and her money! Im disgusted that they can do this to someone and feel okay by it! She is older and alone! I can't believe it! Please if your parent or elder person in your life comes to you please help them. It's too late now but I will make sure I get the word out for others to hear!

I am a first-time buyer and would absolutely participate in another auction! The prices are overall reasonable, the process is professional and organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I ended up winning 5 lots - all at different pickup times. Regardless, I was able to easily pick everything up and be on my way in less than an hour! One of the lots contained a wrong item (I honestly believe the buyer of a different, similar lot switched one of the items!). But upon contacting customer service for a refund, I was given prompt attention and appropriately compensated.
I can't wait for the next auction in my area!

I was a bit unsure about MaxSold at first. I had never even heard of them before seeing a sponsored post on Facebook. Seemed to good to be true. I took a chance on an inexpensive item and everything was great! I've now won multiple lots and the experience has been near perfect. I did have one issue with an item missing from a lot but the staff on site were very helpful and professional and I received a refund within a few days. I've gotten some great stuff at an unbelievable price and I'm hooked.

I have purchased from Maxsold Auctions in the past and recently Downsized using Maxsold. I was very happy with the Communication, The Help and the Concern Maxsold showed me. I did an Owner sale so I needed plenty of help to make sure I did the photos correctly, The descriptions and the start & end times. Maxsold was there for me every step of the way. I was very happy with their Help, With the advertising they did and I had a great turnout, Better than expected. If you need to downsize you cannot find a better place than Maxsold.

Register, Bid what you want to pay, when you win you get an invoice with your totals, your pick up times and the address. Show up with people to help you, a vehicle large enough to haul everything and boxes. Check in with the lead and the team will take you to your stuff. Pay attention to the details in the photos on the website catalog - sometimes there's more stuff than you think there is. If you have tons of small breakable items you are probably going to be one of the first ones scheduled to pick up as you need to pack up your stuff so the bigger items can be moved. There is a ton of stuff that goes on and it can be hectic. Pay attention - get in, get your stuff, and get out. Easy. Great Deals.

This was my first and last time on Maxsold. I only bid on some craft things for my Grandkids. I am told that I bid on two other Items, both of which I have no use for. I dont have a patio and I already own a large SS gas grill, again I would have no use for either. I was going to bid on the snow blower but was told by Maxsold that if I could not pick it up on the date and time assigned that item, I would not only lose the item. I would also lose my money. I had a death in the family and could not pick it up. They charged my credit card for an item I did not bid on. I calledl customer service and was told either pick the item up or lose it all. Rather than lose, I put and ad on Craigslist, free grill, and someone got so MaxSold did not get it. Never again

It was more than a few years back, I became interested in Estate, Storage and other auctions. The process as is, can be expensive, time consuming which may leave you without a good feeling or experience. Finding MaxSold over 5 years ago, all that goes away, it's like the cure for the common cold. The only side effect is to control your spending habits, it can be addictive and to research properly.

I've brought many things I need and some I've resold or even gifted.

It's Fun, Fair and just more Fun... I was caught, so get hooked!
