I have booked an LCD touch Screen for my honor 8 pro in the evening. Same day my phone broke into pieces so i requested to cancel my order around 5-6 hrs of ordering the product. Next morning i got a call from maxbhi that now You cannot cancel the order as the product is in process. I told her that my phone broke and for me, the LCD screen is of no use now. And then she told that ok we can cancel your order but you will not get your full refund. We'll deduct 500/- from your payment as we have to give this to the courier company.
Product quality was awesome and delivered within timelines. There are multuple products listed on the site. Was a skeptical but decided to try it out. Managed to DIY by Iphone SE screen replacement.

Guys pleace don't buy any product from maxbhi.com, it is a fake site. Once u paid for the product, they will give u a ordinary product which is of inferior quality and when you need to return it back, you yourself deliver the product for which you have to born the delivery charges and no refund option is available. So don't buy from this site.

Here are my observations
1) Searching in website - was not good, can improve to pin point to what you are looking for
2) Ordering - Was nice and smooth, payment through latest UPI/Google Pay was there and i always prefer it, so that's good
3) Delivery - Nice and fast and was communicated earlier, Packaging was nice, it cud withstand a package drop easily
4) Product - Nice product, exactly what i ordered, on top on it, they also do a QA and their end before shipping, so atleast level one is done.
5) After Sales - They called to confirm if all was good and the product worked.
Final Points - They need to improve website surely, but product delivery was awesome
I will recommend it to friends, in fact i already have done.
