I ordered LCD with Touch Screen for Redmi 4A (gold) and got the product delivered promptly. I received the product in white color though I ordered Gold. However, the product was not fitting in properly because my phone was Redmi 4. So I requested a replacement and offered return courier charges as there was mistake from my end too. The customer care response is pathetic and they don't consider the plight of the customer. What to do with an incompatible product? Can I eat it? No. If they are genuine, they could have easily offered a replacement. I was in fact was waiting to purchase LCD with Touch Screen for my redmi 4 note too. So my first experience with maxbhi is not a pleasant one. People can prefer other genuine shopping portals like Amazon or Flippkart though they may cost you a little more. Maxbhi is not supportive of customers. Disappointed.

I orderd one battery. That was fully in dead condition. Delivery by blue dart is wrost service. If your product will not work. You have to spent your own money for courier. This is very big risk to buy from max bhi..

Nothing much to say. Worst company to have deal with. No reliability of products. No refund. Customer service is too poor. Total fraud and gambling, if you buy a product you need to accept it. They sell unreliable products in the name of warranty and asks you to return for replacement with your own consent, and within one day they again send you the product (which they say usually it takes 7 to 10 days for verification).

Clicking on terms and conditions of this company is the biggest fault ever made by me. Please be aware of this gambling.

This site is the only online etailor that lists their supposed inventory on a probability scale. So a Samsung Display ( when you click availability) returns a percentage of the item being in stock. This should be answered with a simple yes or no. This is a straight question. Either the item is in stock or it isn't. This is not the first oddity you will experience, even an email asking the same question, is this item in stock? Will get you a response several days later, please click item availability to check item availability. Even though I mentioned that I needed have more information besides a 69% that the item was available, in my email. This is one more Red Flag. Giving the illusion that hard to find parts and at reasonable prices along with Google position gives you the feeling that this site is big and safe. Far from the truth. High availability percentage on several items ( above 95%) still got me the dreaded email. Your items are not in stock, click this link etc. Bottom line they hold your money and make interest on it. Why else would it take over a month to get a refund?. Mathematical probability dictates that 7 items of a probability rating of 96 and higher should yeild a minimum of one item in stock. Not so at maxbhi.com. Be aware and be safe.

They show every product which may be available with them or not. They put some probability of availability on the product to blame the customer if he orders a low availability product.
The money you pay will be refunded to maxbhi e wallet saying that your product is not available due to seller's fault.
They take a lot of time between placing order to cancelling it saying that they are checking for quality.
Getting the money out from maxbhi wallet is easy with one click but they say that it takes 15 days to get refund. When other e shopping sites guarantee you a refund within 7 days or within 2 to 3 days, why does it take 15 days for this site?
A complete scam.

It is awesome. I buy the 3 products from that site and got the best compatible product. Quality is perfect, fitments of product is perfect,, easy to install awesome service. Some times when the product not available they also get the order and later they cancelled the order and refund the money. But this was a normal thing.
