I order my phone part and tested within 30minutes once delivered. There is no Change in phone headphone issue after apply new PV board. I called thsm many time but no call pickup and no email support. No option for returned and refund. Its waste of money here

Then they refund the money in their website wallet what is the use of that? I requested to transfer the money to my bank account and they said it will take 15 working days. I had order 2 orders on maxbhi recently and had horrible experience. I dint receive my refund for failed orders yet from maxbhi. Customer support is still worst who will never respond.

I ordered a LCD panel+with glass. After a long time they send a panel which is smaller panel (I wanted HTC one M8) what I received was different one. 100 mm less diagonally and not matching for the frame. Tried to contact support but its always busy. Requested for call back but not received any call.
They never have anything in stocks. You get a probability in stock percentage. Nonsense either its in stock or it isn't. You will always get above 95% anyway. Wait two days get an email Out of Stock. Link to refund which takes a month. They make interest of your money. Scam
Sending the fake items with cheap prices shown on the site. Frauds give very low quality items which is almost damaged.
First don't deliver on time and when you ask for cancellation of order they refused for cancellation and refund for my view 10 screen

I purchased some products from this esteemed company but sorry to say it has been my worst experience yet. I was informed one product was not available with you and asked them to cancel the order for the product that was not in stock on 27.06.2020 on a telephonic basis but got no reply then i contacted customer care on 29.06.2020 regarding cancellation and from that day i am being continuously informed it will be done today, tomorrow etc etc.
Rather no executive even bothered to pick up the call. I daily report 10-15 call back requests but never gets call back From your side.
It has been my daily routine to get up and register call back requests daily but member gets response from your side. Rather now I was told on Saturday that would be refunded by Saturday evening but yet it is Monday evening and yet not received it. Today i just register various call back requests but got no response.
Also i was not able to reply to the customer support chat.
Worst site... this is my third order with maxbhi not received my order after 6 days of delevery date no response from customer support before this I received faulted product
Cheating fake
Website, 2 times in a row cheated me. They will say ready in stock. But after receiving money, order will get automatically cancelled and you will not receive money. It will be added to wallet so called. Again if you check it will show in stock. No one will attend your call and will not even bother. I wish I had a gun and this owner is under it. I will use it on him in all available holes.

I have been very disappointed with the service of maxbhi.
I had made a purchase of a mobile cover -pixel 2 for Rs 699/-.
Order ID **************185.
What I received was a small piece of plastic which didn't serve my purpose at all.
I immediately wrote in and expressed my concern. I requested for the product to be returned and refunded. However, it's been a week and I've got no response.
How can I do future business with a platform like this, which doesn't respect it's customers.

They have been cancelling my order multiple times and primary order splitted into 2. They shipped 1 part and other part getting cancelled. They ask to get return the first part as that is of no use, they throw policy on the face. They are frustrating and do not understand this logically.

Answer: NO. Not at all. I placed an order nokia lumia 730 display lens (Order #585162) and paid rs 1215 from maxbhi.com online website on aug 12. I got the confirmation of the order the very next moment. The next day i received a mail, that they have cancelled the order and transferred my amount to their wallet without my permission. I then placed request to refund the amount back to my account, that they committed to get my refund in 7-10 days. The same day i booked a complaint to them, for that they committed to reply in 72 hrs but didn't got any reply. But after several days i got a reply from mrs. Amitha sharma with apologies. But till now after 20 days the refund is not made by them. I have send a couple of mails after these, but there's no reply. Now i am really feeling that maxbhi.com is really a fraud site. I am planning to get legal help from this cheating activity. Also this may be tricky game of gathering the money from various orders, utilize them and refund only after long gap. It must also be noted that the money will be debited from our account within seconds as we click, but refund will come after several months, thus they get the chance to use our money. If any lawyers see my complaint, i request them to act against these type of cheating. Also if anyone have these type of cheating experience from maxbhi.com please respond
