Its my Worst First Experience with MAXBHI. And i promise it will be never Buy for me and my network of friends on social media widely. Pathetic response and customer services. No ethics of dealing with customer. No return policy and incorrect descriptions leading to wrong purchase still arrogant to take returns beside months of raising concerns. I understand, MAXBHI Have Doubts about their own products or have highly incapable vendor support. Their customer service are helpless goats who refuse to take forward actions as no escalation in Customer service. If Maxbhi.com have guts, just call back.

I ordered 3 products from "MAXBHI.COM (http://maxbhi.com/)" on 10th july 2020. And they send 2 out of 3,100% different and wrong products. They are fooling customers in the name of their "TERM & CONDITION". Displaying any other product and selling another product is allowed on the e-commerce website? Does it not come under fraud? I sent one of the product back at my cost for replacement. After receiving the product, they refused to change the product and I have not received any refund commitment yet, in the name of the so-called "TERM & CONDITION".
My point is very simple:
1. How can they sell me 100% different products?
