Fantastic mattress at a great price, arrived when they said and great communication. We bought it for my sons bed, but think we might get one for ourselves
Been sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress for about 4 months. Rang another retailer and they said it would take 3 weeks for delivery. Anyway, found mattressnextday and was really pleased. The delivery guys even took it upstairs to the room I wanted, no fuss. Great experience.
Bought a mattress for a tenant in a rental property and he said it was so soft we could feel the bed slats through the mattress when he sat down on it. I rang to ask to return the mattress and while they agreed to accept the mattress back, I have to pay for a courier to return an item that isnt fit for purpose. Hardly fair. The lady on customer services simply said ' no offence but-its an entry level mattress, what did you expect?'. Very helpful. I expect it to be better than an IKEA mattress i'd usually buy for £85! Won't be shopping here again.
Arrived on time delivery men very friendly. This mattress is for my spare room so I'm not actually sleeping on it but it's really good firm /medium mattress. And seem to be a very good quality. I will deafly recommend this company
Great and friendly service and delivery men were wonderful. It was during lock down so they made sure they kept there distance yet still was able to take my old mattress and put the new one in the room requested. Very quick delivery very pleased will order again if need any more beds, mattresses. Thank you

Easy online ordering process followed by a good delivery service, mattress arrived within the estimated timescale and delivery guys polite and efficient, no problems at all. So far the mattress is as expected (Silentnight Miracoil Eco Comfort, Kingsize), time will tell. Always a risk buying over the internet but would recommend this Company, they were reasonably priced and able to deliver promptly,
I ordered a new mattress, was very dubious about it, but needs must. However, was kept informed of progress at every stage. Excellent service, and the mattress is absolutely as stated online.

I ordered the mattress afternoon, I was kept informed of progress - I wasn't able to be at home on delivery - had a call from the gentleman delivering - asked him to put it in safe place - which he did - he was extremely helpful - mattress really comfortable - 5 year guarantee - altogether if only everything worked out so well! I researched and bought on line due to lockdown. I was pleased it was a British and local company. It had natural fibres and they recycled your old mattress so environmentally friendly. I looked at the reviews and decided this was the bed for me and my husband. Medium to firm. Spring mattress to keep my husband cool as he has MS and gets very warm whilst sleeping and I have to have my back supported. WELL I LOVE this mattress it's the most comfortable sleep I have ever had. I climb into my princess bed every night. I have a big smile as I climb in every time feeling the gorgeous soft but firm mattress and I find I ho to sleep almost instantly. And another thing my husband has stopped snoring! Thoroughly RECOMMEND this mattress

Ordered a mattress for my 80 year old Mother from this company at 2pm, by 6pm I received an email with the delivery slot for the next day delivery. Arrived on time by a friendly delivery team. My Mum is delighted with the mattress and says it's the best sleep she's had in a long time. If she's happy I'm happy. I will definitely use this company again.
