DO NOT get this mattress if u suffer from any back/hip or leg pain.
It is a med soft n Much TO SOFT.
On sale with base n delivery was almost $2000.
MUST GO BACK!
I mean it... PICK ANOTHER.

First time not was support to drop off beds they said they showed up and waited 15 minutes no one answered the door that a lie three people was home then asked I live in a looked building or hearing problems no wrong building I don't live in a looked building then it was they don't have the mattress I order third time finally got them can didn't take the old bed frames because it's broke shame on them

I'm one hour Luca in Biddeford ME got me a great deal on a guest bed for our home with delivery in a week. He was the best. We bought our king size bed from mattress firm last year and love it. I will always buy from them

Bad mattress

About 2 years ago i went to mattress firm to purchase 4 mattress and 2 boxes almost 4000 in purchase after getting the mattress didn't even sleep on it for like a months or so it started to dip and another of my mattress the same i did make a complaint but apparently warranty didn't cover because they where on the wrong bed frame i was very upset but at the time i was dealing with the lost of my dad and didn't go forward with the issue but at this point i still owe 2500 and i'm sleeping on a damage bed i want a different mattress thats all customers beware. This is not normal i had a mattress for 10 years before this one and its still in better condition then this they are selling damage product and then they want to go by there warranty yeah ok they know what they are doing and it's not fair don't be scammed don't waste your money.

Hybrid mattress

The Frio cooling mattress protector to have protection for warranty should not be sold. The material does not stay on this mattress. How is this suppose to protect mattress if it does not work as intended, Do not waste $169.99 for this protector it does not stay on the mattress always falls off when bed is used.

This company uses duplicitous measures to make a sale. We used the location at Trader's Point and dealt with "Kevin." He lied to us on to make a sale. He has no integrity. I filed a complaint with the company and never heard from them about taking action against him. When we inquired about a new mattress, a "restocking fee" was implemented that over $500. Do not use them. They are duplicitous degenerates.

Buyer Beware!

My husband and I had been stuck in the "rabbit hole" of online mattress shopping for weeks. We finally decided on the Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid High Point Plush King mattress. After contacting Mattress Firm in Salt Lake City, Utah to confirm they had the inventory and the options available for our consideration, we were excited to spend our day off to travel and upgrade our 6 1/2 year old Saatva mattress. When we got the mattress home we were mortified to find that the Sealy mattress didn't fit our king size bed frame! We found that the new mattress measured only 74" x 78." A king size mattress should measure at 76" x 80." It was clunky looking in the bed frame and the sheets fit like a cheap suit! It was awful, and we were so upset! I had just purchased a Sealy mattress for $2800 and ended up with a bed that is over 2 square feet short of being a king size bed. I called the Mattress Firm store the very next day and was told that "it happens" and that "it's only 2 inches." The rep also stated that since they had failed to disclose this information we would be allowed to return the mattress at our expense and they would waive the $99 restocking fee. (... uh, wha? THEY KNEW!) So, another weekday off work? Another 360 miles traveling roundtrip on I-80 from my home to Salt Lake City and back. Another $120 in gas? Seriously? This whole issue is their fault and they have failed to negotiate any further. Their failure to make things right for this consumer is reprehensible, unprofessional and shines a whole different light on the Mattress Firm corporation as well as Sealy and Company. We would never have purchased this mattress had we known these potential defects even exist! We have happily replaced that $2800 mattress with our 6 1/2 year old Saatva (which, by the way, measures exactly 76" x 80"!). Take a tape measure folks, or better yet - go somewhere else.

I bought a queen mattress two months ago, and they sent me a full mattress. It even looked like a used mattress. After complaining, they asked me to take pictures to "prove" they made a mistake. Then, I learned they had the pics already and that the delivery company showed their mistake. After this unnecessary back and forth, I wanted to return the mattress (not an exchange), and they left written via email that all fees were waived due to the circumstances. However, I have been fighting for more than a month and they partially returned my money. Forget about getting a mattress from this company. It was my first time and very disappointing!

Some six (6) months ago my Customatic "The Privia" wireless adjustable bed remote stopped working. I changed the batteries and still the remote did not work. I immediately called Customer Care at *******757 and was told that my remote was being replaced by a manufacturer yet to be found and took my name to be put on their waiting list and I would be called when this replacement was located.
I repeatedly called this Customer Care telephone number only to be told the same thing that they will put me on the waiting list. I also attempted to call Customatic itself and my call went directly to this Customer care telephone number. I felt at this time I would forever have a adjustable bed that sadly no longer would adjust making it fully useless.
At that time I thought to call the Newington NH store where I purchased this adjustable bed.
Over the past weeks I have been closely working with Adam there at the store. Adam is the very definition of a Customer Relations professional. He is courteous, caring, truly listens and his quick follow up is impeccable. It's because of Adam that I am now a satisfied customer, would purchase another adjustable bed from Adam and would recommend him without hesitation to my friend in the market for an adjustable bed.

I purchased a queen size mattress from peru il store for 658.00 dollars well anyway after 6 months the material on the mattress starting sagging and the next morning when you woke up u had welts, on or body from the sagging material so I go in there store and show the my paperwork from the sale and they laughed at me saying I should of left that stupid tag that says do not remove under penalty of law cause that will cause u to get rejected from the warranty. I wonder why they dont tell u that put it I'm writing in the paperwork when you buy from them take a guess why? Anyway the majority of people take the tag off I should of went to Sherman's or don furniture so everyone out there stay away from $#*!ing mattress firm and the review I right on here there is many who had the same experience shame on you mattress firm for taking advantage of a elder preson

At your own risk

Ordered a bed, mattress, sheets and covers. The sheets and mattress cover were mailed out and arrived beforehand. However, they kept pushing the delivery date 1 month out and at the last minute for the remaining items. We called to cancel the order but they refused to take the sheets and mattress cover that we don't need anymore (for sanitary reasons). The packages are unopened! Our other option is to donate the items and send them a receipt for refund. Ha ha ha shouldn't that be on you! Incompetents! You will cancel the order in full and refund my money.

I will never purchase from Mattress Firm ever in my life the worst experience I ever had laying away my mattress Let me tell you guys this horrible experience Im having I found a mattress cheaper somewhere else so I called my local mattress firm in Salisbury n. C off Innis st I wanted to get my money back from mattress Firm that I laid away I call the store The lady Said they will maki a ticket to refund my money haven't received my money yet its been a month talking about its a technical difficulties in the main office in corporate so I called corporate spoke to several people when I tell you I've been getting The run around for 3 wks about my Refund and when I tell you the experience I had with Mattress Firm and still to this day I haven't received my money back I have all my receipts and They keeps saying it's pending it's pending and that they understand my frustration if you understand then send me my money back I never took the mattress out of the store why can't I get my money back on a timely manner it's ridiculous you can never find out who you can speak to over the whole store to let them know how dissatisfied I was with the experiment of laying away lesson learned I'm the most patient customer in the world but I would never ever step foot back in Mattress Firm again. Satisfied customer not if I don't get my money this week I'm taking out a small claims on mattress firm at my local court house I am very dissatisfied with the way they treated me with this matter I've been getting the runaround never again will I ever shop with them I'm a very dissatisfied customer

Bad experience! I bought a Queen size Stearns and Foster super expensive($2100) Mattress from Mattress Firm approximately 2 weeks ago, they mentioned about final sale. The mattress damaged my lumbar spine so got a urgent doctor recommendation to return it ASAP. I was trying to reach the manager, waiting for the manager response for 10 days and he (Thomas) refused to take it back to reimburse my money. Buyer beware. Lost of time and money. Very sad.

I purchased a mattress online at Mattress Firm. The transaction was easy. They were very helpful with the purchase. But thats where the customer service stopper. Twice they had to reschedule the delivery because the mattress wasn't in stock. Would have been good to know that before I spent the money. You can't actually call them and talk to a real person. You can only chat online. I tried to confirm the 3rd delivery and they said it was rescheduled again. I requested it to be cancelled. I was transferred to another person that said, it can't be cancelled because its scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. So if it shows up my some miracle I can reject the delivery and then it can be cancelled. Even though I was told it was reschedule for another week delay. The company is unprofessional. They only want to sell you something but if you have a problem they can't help. They can't even agree internally about the status of an order. Please do not do business with this company

Ordered a mattress online through Mattress Firm website. Asked if we wanted "Gold Service" service - they set up mattress and take away old mattress. We said yes. Mattress was shipped from manufacturer by FedEx. The day before we arrived we scheduled the service to set up and take away old one. All has to be done via chat. Can't speak to anyone. Said it was scheduled. When no one showed up, was told via chat they did not set up mattresses or take away when delivered by FedEx. Asked to speak to supervisor. Said it would take 48 hours. Asked what I should do. They said I could call Fed Ex and have them take it back. Still charged me $69 for Gold Service and I dragged the mattress up two flights from where FedEx dropped it - and have to figure out how to get the old one taken away. Will sell you things online and not deliver. Customer service does not exist - only chat with people who say different things.

Buyer beware

I spent over $900.00 on a Queen size mattress and Box Spring in 2019. Still under warranty and the mattres and box spring have sags. I rotate them both around still have sags. I asked about a warranty and they had me take pictures along with there measuring device and they said the sags were not bad enough although the measurements were 1 3/4 deep. Tried again and they said it is normal and would not warranty them. 3 years old and $900.00 dollars later I am saving for a new mattress and Box Spring. Mattress Firm needs to be shut down for the Trash they Sell. Do your home work there are other Mattress Companies out there who will and do far better than this joke of a Rip Off Company. Thanks

Love the bed

We brought a bed from queens creek arizona mattress firm and we love our king size bed the guy who helped us bryan I think that was his name was a big help and the delivery guys were outstanding very professional I forgot the names but it was 2 Latino guys. Our experience was amazing. Thank you mattress firm and the people who delivered it.
