Doesn't deserve even 1 star. This company is fraudulent. DO NOT buy anything from them. The floor demonstration beds are not a representation of what you will receive. Spent $571 for a queen magnolia, and it was the cheapest crappy excuse for a mattress I have ever seen. Cost me $270 to return it. What a scam!
The only upside to using this company is convenience. Suspiciously too convenient, the are three stores in a 10 mile radius of where I live. It gives the impression of it being the best and only option. I have used this company twice- once I cancelled because of poor delivery practices. The second time, this week, the salesman lied on two matters- first regarding availability" pick it up any day this week, it will be here. Secondly, telling us that the bed in a box would not fit in our vehicle,? So we rented a van for $30. Never again
Johnson City, TN store-Boyfriend ordered a bed and received great customer service, until they got his money. Few days later, he still has no bed and continues to get runaround about when bed is going to be delivered. Boyfriend ended up canceling order and requested a refund. It's been almost a month and still no refund no bed and even after speaking with someone from corporate still out a new bed and nearly $600! Read other reviews as well before purchasing anything from them.

There was an issue with the wrong address I caught that same day. I contacted Mattress Firm and corrected the issue.
Mattress Firm delivery came straight to my house for that week; therefore, they had the correct address.
They brought everything except the mattress covers. The mattress covers were on back order.

It's been three months and over ten times contacting and them telling me the address was fixed and they are sending me the mattress covers. I have yet to receive them. Over $200 dollars down the drain. I am very upset. With them it is always "we got it taken care of" and nothing is taken care of.

Despite purchasing a mattress in house (at a mattress firm store), it's very hard to speak to someone in customer service. You can only chat online, and if you didn't purchase your merchandise online the customer service department will not assist you. Customer Service will request you to contact the store where the merchandise was purchased.
Additionally, Mattress Firm does not like to return customers' refunds. I have been trying to get my refund for 30 days now and have not been successful. I had a terrible experience with one of their sale rep (Sheron). I paid with a check for a mattress, and my account was debited twice. I had to go through "the act of congress" to get my money back. Now, I'm still having issues with my refund after exchanging a mattress for another one. Please be cautious about how you purchase from Mattress Firm.
In December, 2021, I purchased a queen mattress, box springs, 2 twin mattress, 2 box spring. The queen set was delivered December 9. The twin sets weren't to be delivered until December 19. As I was leaving for Florida on December 20, I decided to return the twin sets and buy them when I returned home in April. No one would be sleeping on the twin sets, and by the time I got home in April, my 30 day return would be up. So I went to the Lafayette Indiana store and told them I wanted to return the twin sets. Brian and Stephen were the 2 who helped me. Well, I don't know what they did, but I have yet to receive my credit of $1444. 56 for my mattress return. I have called numerous times, and they tell me they can't help me! Call Corporate they say. So I call the number they give me, and it will not let you talk to a person! I have had it with this group! It has been since Dec 7 and now is Jan 21 and I've seen no refund on my credit card! I now have a case #******* and I"m pending!
I specifically chose Mattress Firm because they advertised (even in their YouTube video that is sent to me after I placed my order) that delivery service included haul away. As I was checking out, there was no mention of an extra charge until after my order was complete. It's not until I'm tracking my order that I find out that my delivery says "contact-less" and my mattress would be left outside my door. When I contact customer service, I got an email that I would have to sign up for their gold membership. I wish I would have known that during check out. It's DECEPTIVE. I refuse to spend another dime. I'll spend the money on local options. By the way, the only part the good reviews. Next time, I'll go with a company that accredited with the BBB.
I bought a mattress from them during the pandemic pandemic. I waited for 3 months for it to be delivered and when I received it, looks like I got a used mattress, each side of the bed feels like the springs are broken. I ordered a firm and I got a bed that has 2 sunken sides. I am Unable to sleep on it. I was unable to contact anyone there. I tried to do a chat and they disconnect the call. Very disappointed in the company. I will never purchase from here again. Spent too much money on a used bed!
I am assuming that there is nothing Adam could do as he is probably not authorized or have access to help this out any further, so my review/statement is directed at the management and company of Mattress Firm: You need to rethink the way you do business with your customers. Shifting the responsibility of your mistake onto your customers or their banks shows dishonesty and makes for impossible customer loyalty. This correspondence has all the tell-tale signs of a rotten business culture, where Sales and Marketing are king and a ‘closed sale' is less than an afterthought. My business with Mattress Firm is almost nothing from an monetary point of view, but its clear from this experience that Mattress Firm is not in it for the long haul and their corporate policies are the cancer which will ultimately be the end of them. Its Ironic that a company that prides itself on providing comfort does so they same way a slime-ball at the bar will say anything to close the deal, knowing full well that that when the transaction is complete they'll sneak out the back window leaving any mess and responsibility behind.
I bought a king-size Beauty rest about 13 months ago. After a few months, the mattress began sagging badly in a couple of spots. The so-called warranty is a TOTAL SCAM. I spent 1400. 00 on a mattress that lastest almost a year. Buyers BEWARE mattress firm is a total SCAM JOB!
I bought two pillows on mattress firm and I wanted to exchange them because they were terribly uncomfortable and they told me they do t do returns on ancillary items like pillows. One is unopened. No where online did it state this, the only return program they talk about is their 120 day mattress policy. Now I'm out $105 with two crap pillows. I'll never order from the again.
Mattress Firm will make you spend hours in the purchase process, (like buying a car) and process your payment immediately, then fail in their follow thru on delivery. And, further they lost track of where my mattress is in their system, they just lost it. Then they will be unwilling to re-imbursement you the value of your wasted time and disappointment. They just don't seem to care.
Carolyn attended to my specific needs with knowledge, care and helpfulness. Through her kind and informative assistance I was able to find what best fit my sleep, leisure and financial requirements. I highly recommend the Guilford store for quality and Carolyn.

I ordered a Queen size Memory Foam Mattress online on September 30,2021. I received the mattress in a box in around 2 weeks. I ordered online because they had said online that they guaranteed their mattresses 100%. WRONG.
I sent them an email since there is no other way to contact them asking them for a RMA to return the item. Never heard back. After email after email without any response. Then around October 21,2021 I get a text message saying a delivery would be made to me on October 23,2021. I called the store and was told that they showed it would be a pick up and not a delivery for a mattress. STILL NO COMMUNICATION WITH THIS COMPANY. On October 23,2021 at 5:30pm a truck came and picked up the mattress and said I would get a refund minus the pickup charge of 99.00.
On November 21,2021 after never receiving a refund, I had to go on their website and file another ticket with them saying that my item had gone back to them on October 23,2021 and I still did not have any refund. One day later I was credited 619.63 through PayPal even though I paid 879.42. They charged me a total of 259.79 for returning an unopened item that was supposed to be 100% guaranteed. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY.
Incredible customer service and value! John at mattress firm in Dothan was incredible to help me find the best mattress at an incredible price. He gave me an even better price than was listed on the sale and the sale included a free frame in which it can raise the bed at the head. I am so grateful that mattress firm has such an outstanding employee who values customers over Making money. I will be using mattress firm in the future for my bedding needs. I purchased five mattresses from them in three years (different brands) and they all sagged. Read your warranty carefully several times, underline costs to return, and total it all. I weigh 117 lbs and sleep alone. I use a product called Got Sag I found from a video on Utube for $30. It goes between the box spring and mattress to fill in the sagging area and provide lumbar support. Worst-case scenario you are out $30 if it does not work. It provides a lot of help.
I wrote a Mattress Firm review and they said they would "Moderate it" before publishing it. I think we know what that means. Ask yourself, why would there be a restocking fee if they cannot resell a used mattress. And, why do they require a special zip cover?
I have spent the last three years reading about mattresses and they are all junk. My old Beautyrest lasted twenty years and I do not remember flipping it either. Your best buy is TPX, the stock of the company that makes these disposable mattresses. It has doubled in the past year.

I ordered my mattress through chat; giving my delivery address. I had to call the day before delivery to find the time. I'm told they do not deliver in my area. How did they not know this at the time of order?! I've tried to talk to a human. They won't let you. HUGE RED FLAG FOR ANY COMPANY. This company is about making money and screwing the consumer.
Ordered a mattress online, was told it would be 6 weeks for a delivery. Delivery date came and went so I called to see what was going on. After an unhelpful message about how they don't take live calls I was forced to use the chat function. Turns out they don't deliver to my area, which I had input into the original order. So they took my money and had no intention of delivering the product I had purchased. The staff on the chat was unhelpful in the matter, and now my refund for an item I was never going to get is going to take over a week to be refunded.
I purchased a king size Sealy posturepedic mattress 5 years ago and after many trips to the chiropractor over the years we took a look at our bed due to the many body aches and lack of sleep. We notice the mattress has sagging and is not even. With a 20 year warranty we submitted a claim however Mattress Firm is stating that this is normal wear and will not offer us anything other than a coupon for 20% off.
Answer: Who knows? They say 7 days, but that's 7 days AFTER they process your refund request which takes however long they feel like taking.
