While the few people I've connected with have been quality people, it has been difficult to work out a regular connection. There is a remarkably small number of people that I would match up with which is also a challenge. The site itself is good and works well and again, the individuals I have connected with have been great but most were from out of town and are in my town infrequently.
I think this is a good site to connect to others but it is seem a little bit too much for money to member or something like that, so it is why the member is limited. I opinion is the site should allow silver member contact and give pass for standard member to email them too.
I have been using massage exchange for a few years. Its given me an opportunity to meet other excellent masseurs and enthusiasts. The site is user friendly, affordable, and the customer service team values member opinions. I always recommend massage exchange whenever I get the chance... My update 8/17/20 - I have been a member on Massage Exchange for several years now. I still rate the site 5 stars. This site is a place where massage therapists and enthusiasts can talk and agree to meet in a safe environment for a massage. If people don't answer your message, it's because they are busy, no longer active, can't respond, do not wish to exchange or the profile is fake. I have met some great people and become friends with many. ME is for everyone, all shapes, sizes and colors. Good luck with your search and stay safe if you are looking for a massage partner during the pandemic, many people are not exchanging at this time.
It takes a while to meet people, but I have had some pretty good massage experiences on ME, through perseverance and a dose of good luck. The site is very rarely down and if you are really serious about massage, the cost for gold membership is quite reasonable, IMHO. I think those who go on the freebie plan which limits communication with prospective contacts, get frustrated and quit. Spend a little money so you can really have a conversation with someone and have a great time.
I've met many great fellow massage lovers on this site. Always look forward to meeting new people. Wonderful idea!
Have never had a bad experience with massage exchange that's why I rejoined again I've been a member for two years going on three I highly recommend and hope to do some more changes in the future
At the beginning it was a wonderful site but then they took away some free items and made it harder and worse to get in touch with people. Now the site is full of people not really wanting to exchange at all.
I have had some good massage exchanges here but some have been a bust. Not many guys in my area who are interested in exchanging and/or in whom I am interested in massaging.
Mostly a useless site. Seems honest enough but no one is on it.

Pros:
1. Can pay by subscription or by contact.
2. If you upload a primary photo, they are very specific that it's a large clear face pic.
Cons:
1. Regarding #2 above, they don't require you to upload a primary photo... so a LOT of blank profiles.
2. I realize there are a LOT of people that probably like knowing they are viewed. To me, it means nothing, a complete waste of time. I view other profiles like I look at new clothes in the store... I pick up a lot, look it over, and put it back on the rack. It doesn't mean I'm shy, coy, or playing hard to get. So sending other people notices that I viewed them is very annoying to me. In addition, receiving notices that others have viewed me, is just as annoying. If sites are going to do this, they should at least allow you to control these outgoing and incoming "viewed" notices.
3. Right after I created a profile but before I uploaded a picture I immediately received an email request by a very goodlooking young guy to upload a picture (I'm gay btw). I now realize and highly suspect it was a FAKE profile and the request was automatically generated by the system. I don't like sites that mess with your feelings and your head.
Regarding #2: Viewed notices can be disabled in member's preferences
Regarding #3: ME creates NO fake accounts. WE NEVER send fake system e-mails. The e-mail you received was from a real member interested in you. It's regrettable that you imagined it was fake. It was real.

We've contacted the author asking them what items they believe we've taken away and to clarify. We're received no reply after 10 days.
