We ordered a mascot for our school. It took months to get it and when it arrived it was not even close to what we ordered. The company will not refund or try to correct the problem. I am reporting them to everyone I can. I cannot stress enough STAY AWAY FROM THIDS SCAM!

Placed an order. Not what we ordered and unusable. Sent several emails to their "customer service" with return emails promising to correct. It's been over a year.

Do not buy from this company we get scam to $300 for a giraffe mascot keep getting messages from Alice it's a standard message please be patient waiting to ship your mascot will be giving you a tracking number it goes on and on and we never get nothing or heard back from them the telephone number is a voicemail that comes on and you never get to speak to anyone please read all reviews don't buy from this Company also PayPal is scamming people They stick up for the company many have lost their money They made me pick a star and wouldn't allow me to send my review without picking one but one is way too high The website as well as their phone number needs to be shut down

The contact number doesn't work, for a month nobody ever answered the phone only email. And even when emailing they avoid certain questions and give you partial answers. I was told they could customize my mascot and at a later time only after i asked to see a sample and paid my money was i told they couldn't duplicate my ideas. I instantly had PayPal freeze the funds i sent them and put in a claim for a refund and told mascotcosplay not to make anything but to send me my refund. I'm a real person please listen to me and email and call them first to see the lack of communication and professionalism they have.

I wish I would have spent a little more time reading reviews before I bought anything from this company. Purchased two costumes, one arrived within a few weeks and the other was apparently stuck at the China post office. Or so their tracking says so. I contacted this company and "Alice" told me she would check on it. Of course nothing happened and I later got an email from "joecool1681" that my order was still processing. After a month, I filed a claim with Paypal that I didn't get my shipment. They denied the claim. I called Paypal frustrated and was going to close my account but after finally connecting to a person, he said that if a tracking number is shown then they always decide in favor of the seller. He said I needed to change my case to a missing item case. He did this for me and said I would receive a refund within the week. I checked back a few weeks later and they have again denied the claim and settled in favor of the seller. I'm done with Paypal at this point. Any payment processing company that sides with shady businesses such as this does not deserve to have my business. I'm on hold now (again) with Paypal and will be cancelling my account. $215 and about 3 hours of my life wasted. BEWARE!

This is the worst company to deal with. They say they are in California but they do not answer their phone. I ordered 3 mascots and they sent me garbage mascots that have glue all over them. They will not discuss anything, some Alice replies with the same message. They make you order through Pay Pal because Pay Pal takes their side and does not keep their guarantee. Its horrible, Do not order from here! Screen shot is what I ordered.

I ordered a panther mascot costume. It took 31 days to get the costume. They sent the wrong mascot costume. We started about 10 different chats with the company. They respond with "I need some time to check on that" and that is the last thing you will receive. The phone number listed at the top of their website goes to an answering service with a European voice. Absolutely no response from the company. After reading other responses, I'm thankful that we actually received something for our money. Which is the only reason I scored them as high as "1"
