The Manscape Razor 3.0 is a great razor, In and out of the shower, and I only charge it up once a week. Finally a great product at a great price, That also works wonderfull! Also I am big fan of the cologne, smells very masculine last a long time, and the preserver is a must, makes everything feel great and the Crop Cleanser is the best body wash and hair soap I have ever used, and somehow they send a new bottle just as I run out once a month.
I have ordered a Christmas present and still a week later have no tracking number and no item shipped and I have contacted customer service multiple times and I keep getting the same response does not matter what I write in my email just the same response due to increased orders it is taking more time. As I read these reviews it looks like back in May they got the same response I have paid a good amount of money for a gift that I need by Christmas and no phone number to contact anyone or no specific answer to my questions
Though I like the product I have noticed, without any clear transparency, this site has somehow activated automatic payments and I have been charged, my account balance is now in the negative. I will not do business with this company again and I advise others to be aware when making a purchase from this business.

Checking my credit card report, I had a charge of $378.82 from this company, from which I have never ordered. Calling my credit card company to dispute the charge, I was told it was a recurring charge and that a dispute was being submitted. Calling the 800 number for this company, there was no live person, only a recording directing me to their email or web page. This is a scammy company... stay away!

The Manscape razor is the coolest razor I've ever owned. I use it everywhere, everyday. It has replaced all my other razors. My old razors are in a drawer collecting dust! I even use it on my beard. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out!
I've shaved with a razor for years, hoping that I can safely groom below the belt without any nicks. Soon as I heard about Manscape on T. I.'s Expeditiously placed my order right away. The lawnmower works great, it leaves everything Even Steven and the ball deodorant gets along with it. Thanks for the great product ‼
It DOES NOT do as it's advertised, I went nice and slow and the first thing it does is cut me deep blood everywhere multiple times. Great body trimmer with but it's NOT made for the skin down below. It took over 2 weeks for my product to arrive and the tracking website was completed garbage, it never updated. And now the trimmer which was advertise to be a sensitive shave for your balls is a a big fat lie.

I heard from Manscaped today via email. They advised me that I had agreed to periodic blade replacement with the purchased product. If I did, it was unintentionally and they agreed to cancel the standing order and to allow me to keep the blades already shipped. They also refunded the amount that was charged to my credit card. All of my issues have been addressed. NO COMPLAINTS.

My order kind of failed and it said I should try again. But my PayPal was charged! Wrote to the support twice, didn't even get an answer several days later. I am now demanding my money back through PayPal.

These guys know exactly what they're doing and the best way to do it. I have always been impressed with the products as well there shipping and customer service. I really hope they keep up the good work
I came across Manscaped on Instagram and like the sleek look of the products. I purchased the Performance Package and love it. I'm a hairy guy and am always needing a trim. I get an inexplainable good feeling after using the shaver, spays and lotions. My wife loves it. Isn't that really why we do it?

I love the Manscaped products. High quality and work very well. A bit expensive though. And unfortunately, the electric razor can nip your sac if your sac is wrinkled; otherwise, it would be a 5-star rating. Tried to add a pic of my nicked sac and it wouldn't let me.
Currently i have two products and they both are amazing.
Lawn mower is fantastic. Replacement blades are easy to do.
Had a problem with nose razor and service rep was very respect full and helpful to assist me. 5 star for product and there service.
Products and customer service is great! Not only is my razor fantastic, but when a part broke, their service team was easy to work with and willing to send a replacement free of charge.

Loving my Lawnmower 3.0, Weed Whacker and Refined Cologne. The package also came with a bunch of other goodies like the Shed & boxers and I really like them as well. The order shipped fast and was delivered sooner than I expected. A few weeks after my purchased I misplaced the guard for the Lawnmower 3.0, so I emailed support asking how to purchase another and they sent me a replacement guard free from charge or shipping. I'm so happy with my purchase, I will continue on with the replenishment blades for the foreseeable future and certainly purchase more Manscaped items. Great products and amazing support! P.S. The Lawn Mower 3.0 comes with a charging stand & USB adapter and the Weed Whacker comes with a charge cord & USB adapter. The USB adapter is a nice touch, considering I paid $350 for headphones that didn't even come with one. Also, I spent ten minutes trying to get the orientation of the picture I included correct and I don't think it worked out.
I purchased the kit for both myself and my 15-yr son and these products are amazing and they shipped incredibly fast. I was very pleased with this purchase.
Great service great product I use this after I shower and I feel extremely fresh and super clean it's about time someone created stuff like this ever since the bar of soap was created this is like a natural deodorant
Pretty upset with trying to even GET my order. I ordered the Performance Package on October 25th, received a shipping notice October 28th. Waited 4 weeks and no order. Contacted both Manscaped and DHL - Manscaped said they would ship another, and when I heard back from DHL, turns out they never received the package to ship...
November 24th I received an email from UPS stating that a shipping label had been produced. Today, December 3rd - UPS still has not received the parcel to ship out from Manscaped, and still no response from the Manscaped team... (and trust me, i've sent many, many messages and emails). I ordered this very early as a gift for my husbands birthday on December 1st, as with the shipping times being delayed, I didn't want to risk anything.
So almost 6 weeks from my original order date and NOTHING. If my husband didn't want this razor so badly, I'd cancel my damn order and get a refund. Absolutely terribly run business. I sincerely hope the Manscaped team does some re-vamping to their management and shipping otherwise good luck staying in business.

Answer: It takes some time because of covid. Don't worry it will come.
Answer: If u contact MANSCAPED on Instagram or Facebook they will get back to you within minutes.
Answer: Just be patient. Order will come. Sometimes it takes longer due to various couriers and country's it needs to go through. Mine came faster then expected. Ordered September 1st, received it on September 13th
Answer: An email will be sent with tracking info. Then you'll be able to track it
