Best purchase I've made to stay trimmed and not worry about cutting myself with other trimmers and razors.

Have used for 6 weeks now and love it! NO nicks and cuts ANYWHERE! Awesome feeling knowing your getting exactly what you paid for! Extremely rare these days! Would recommend to everyone!

Coming from someone who does not write reviews. I just had to reach out for this product. Finally, a trimmer just for men with no nicks, scratching or tugging on one's delicates. The trimmer cuts away just the right amount that I don't even have to use a razor. The blade replacement plan works for me, it's inexpensive and shows up every three months. I have purchased most other men trimmers and all have not even come close to this one. I had strong doubts at first but six months in and it definitely was the best purchase for my personal use. I wish the company would sell the deodorant, wipes and wash all as a monthly replenishment. This would make it the ultimate male body care combo. I definitely recommend this trimmer.

I have been shopping online before COVID-19 tragically interrupted out lives. I have to say that this is the worst experience I have ever had with online ordering. Not only did they steal my money, they won't even respond to my emails. I ask if there were a number I could call to hopefully resolve this issue efficiently as my purchase was meant to be a gift however I have been completely ignored. I have sent over 6 emails to this company regarding the fact that they did not send me an order number, I didn't even receive a confirmation number. I guess since they already have my money they no longer care about my experience. They took the money out of my account & did not even send out the package. I hope this company gets reported and shut down ASAP so that this doesn't happen again.

I have bought both the Lawn Mower 3.0 and the Weed Whacker, and I have to say that both of these products are excellent. The Lawn Mower makes shaving down there much less frightening. I can tell this was made specifically for this task. The light makes it that much better.
Also, I've been buying and throwing out nose hair trimmers and batteries for years now. No more. The Weed Whacker is definitely one of my best buys in 2020.
Another added bonus I didn't realize until I received the Weed Whacker is that it too can charge on the Lawn Mower charging dock.

My wife bought the lawnmower 3.0 for my birthday. It took almost 2 months to show up. It worked great the first time. The next 2 times it would start and run at full speed and after 10 seconds would slowly shut off. It would continue to do that for about 3 hours before the battery would die. Manscaped said to ship it in and they would issue a replacement. After 2 weeks of waiting after confirmed delivery, I emailed manscaped and asked where the replacement was. After waiting 3 days for a response they emailed and said we had been refunded. Checked PayPal and we weren't. Have been going back and forth for a month now trying to get refunded or a replacement and nothing. Everytime I email them it takes them 3 days to respond. They finally admitted that I wasn't refunded but they tried and it wouldn't go through. I have emailed them 2 times since then asking what they are going to do and after 6 days, they haven't responded. Pretty crappy product and even worse customer service!
