SCAM WEBSITE with Horrible business practice and Terrible customer service. I bought two jackets. Despite their description, one of the jackets was very thin and very poor quality. It did not fit either and was clearly a size or two too small. I contacted them for store credit to exchange. They asked for photos of the jacket which I sent them. They replied that they "cannot refund because their description was correct". This is unacceptable and basically robbery. I would encourage everyone to spread the word that manly is a shady, criminal organization out to swindle good people. F- rating.

Cheap clothes but that's okay since the prices reflect the quality in my opinion. What I cannot stand is they do not honor their policy as stated on their website. When I tried to do an exchange, they were not only not helpful but rather than help me with an exchange they wanted me to write a positive review on Facebook for a new item "no return/exchange required". I really dislike places that are almost scams that buy positive reviews since they cannot get them legitimately. They are so bad they were removed from Trust Pilot. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from Manlytshirt.

This is a dishonest company. Their clothing does not look anything like it does online. If you try to initiate a return, they run you around, hoping you will walk away and give up. Please do not make the mistake of ordering from this company—you will regret it!

The products advertised do not match what you would receive for your money. Their clothing does not have a company logo, the country of manufacturing, or data about the fabric(s) or washing, cleaning, or ironing. The quality of the sewing is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable standards. The attached pictures compare two of their advertisement and an actual item and the quality of the sewing… When I contacted them for a return/refund, they responded, "sorry, these items look like the same as our ad, we couldnot refund you but we could give you a 40% discount code, and long term." I didn't change a word; it is how they use English; the grammar is theirs. At the same time, they claim to be from New Jersey... Also, they assert that their founder, Devin, "was born into a family of traditional designers. His father was the chief designer at Calvin Klein." This is most likely a lie.

The photos look great, but what arrives is low quality and feels cheap. Customer services consists of wasting your time hoping you'll give up. It's a con, please don't make my mistake. Don't loose your money on this

I had a very disappointing experience with ManlyTShirt.com. I placed an order in September 2024 for three shirts, totaling $151 CAD, but the items were not true to size. When I reached out for a refund, the company stalled with unnecessary emails, requesting photos and delaying the process.

Instead of resolving the issue, they offered a refund only if I left a positive review on Facebook—a manipulative and unethical tactic. After refusing to comply, I tried to follow up through their support email, only to find that the email is now inactive. Communication was completely cut off.

From what I've seen online, other customers have experienced similar issues with this company, including refund refusals, poor customer service, and unethical practices.

As of today, my issue remains unresolved, and I have not received the refund I requested. I strongly advise others to avoid shopping with ManlyTShirt.com. If something goes wrong with your order, you might find yourself without support and pressured to provide false positive reviews just to get your money back.
