Manlytshirt is a Scam. Do not believe anything on their website. They're a company in China. I ordered the Men's Autumn Vintage Buckskin Jacket *******YJ that states on their website that it's made of suede buckskin leather. I received it and every piece of the jacket is made of fake leather. I emailed their support address requesting to return the jacket for a refund and I keep getting the run around. Instead of honoring my request, they've asking me to join their Facebook account, they said I could pick out something else and for me to just pay the shipping cost, they're payment system failed, and they will resend payment, on & on. Do not buy from them.

SCAM! I ordered a mens XL leather jacket. They sent a womens (zipper on the wrong side) Plus it was very small even though the tag stated XL. After 6 requests to return they offered to refund 40%. Then stopped replying NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Based in China!

This company is a scam. They show the products with pictures that are very different from the actual product. When you try to return,they don't return it. YOU CAN EMAIL THEM 1000 TIMES TO RETURN THE PRODUCT, THEY WILL KEEP PLAYING DUMB AND SAY " RETURNING IS NOT A GOOD IDEA, we have already delivered the product thus can't return it.
It's a Chinese seller, that played dumb and keep offering 40% discounts in lieu of taking the return but they also don't give you the discount. They will frustrate the hell out of you even though they have return policy on their website but they don't follow it. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

I made three orders with the Chinese company Manlytshirt (D.B.A. GiftsBespoke) in December 2024. I only received one order, and the "leather" jacket and t-shirt I received are not good quality. I made constant inquiries about my other two orders, but all I got were flimsy excuses and the run around. And they would not provide any order or shipping info. They also asked me to pick out substitute items, but they never shipped those either. I'm glad I used PayPal because I finally got fed up and registered two complaints against Manlytshirt. PayPal got a me a refund on February 6,2025.

I purchased a wet is supposed to be cowhide sheepskin winter coat they sent me a house coat something people in the fifties would go to bed with. Their response whoa we sent you what you paid for and we can offer you 40% off. My bank decided upon them. Because Bank of America did not want to do their research and asked me for information to support my claim. Manly SP shirt never ever buy from them they are total rip off. There's nothing in the design of this flimsy coat that says cowhide rugged come to the waste line that appears to be a winter heavy duty coat

At 6'3" 260 lbs it's hard to find clothes. I took a chance on Manlytshirt for the size of their clothing they where offering and the look of those items. I received my package and was very disappointed on the contents. The jeans were too small (very)! The jacket dosen't even look like the advertisement and I can barely get it on. As soon as I looked over the items I emailed customer service requesting a refund. I was told I had to measure the cloths. ( I don't have any way to measure them). I took pictures of the items and forwarded the pictures to them. They emailed me back insisting I measure the items. The cloths don't fit and it seems they are trying to make me keep these items. I don't know what to do so I'm sharing my story. Don't buy anything from this company!

This is arguably the worst company I have ever dealt with DoNOT buy anything from them! The product arrived very late, the quality was awful and they refused to accept return and refund my payment

They scammed me, too! I ordered a shirt, and they promised easy refunds, but when the shirt I received was completely different (bad material, not at all as pictured, and the fit was way off), they just gave me a runaround and refused a refund. They are a scam out of China and put in all their emails, "We sincerely believe nothing can be a problem with communication," but don't listen to a word you say. They flat out told me the cost of returns was too high and offered me a discount on my next order (like I would order more falsely advertised crap that you cannot return). They eventually stop responding, and you need to dispute with your credit card company. Do not order from them...it's just a China scam (hundreds of bad reviews online...I should have looked before I ordered). So annoying.

The quality of clothing is pure garbage, nothing like the pictures. Then they only offer you a 40% refund, after you pay return cost of sending the rubbish back to them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!. TOTAL SCAM!

As stated in previous correspondence, we have been pushing the merchant for a refund on this product, as it is a complete scam/counterfeit… looking nothing like the images on the website and made of all cheap synthetics. Neither in the material nor the quality is anywhere near satisfactory.
100% cotton/linen blend shirt is actually 100% polyester. 'Leather' jacket is plastic… this company is a complete fraud.
We've gone back and forth with them to the point of exhaustion. All that they've offered is to refund part of the purchase, which is no world is remotely acceptable. I'm not paying them anything for this junk, and if they want it back they'll need to send a postage paid label. We're demanding a full refund, including shipping.

I ordered a shirt jacket that when it arrived, didn't look anything like the photo of the shirt on the website. The shirt on the website looked like it was corderoy with nice stitching down the length of the jacket. The jacket that came was totally made of plastic with none of the stitching and didn't look anything like their version of the jacket on the website. And then they won't let me return it or won't refund me. They offered a 50 % refund and i said I would take a 75 % refund which they agreed to but never was sent the refund and they have stopped all communication with me. Greg Walmsley.

Do not buy anything from Manlyshirt. It's a scam. The quality of their products is terrible and you won't be able to return the item and get the money back.

Horrible products! Pocket of sweater under armpit. Will not refund or return calls or messages. Today got a notice saying how about a 40% refund finally

I never got the items I ordered, They don't have a customer service number so you have to email back and forth where it takes a week to get a generic response with no answers... Won't refund my money... Horrible scam business! Stay away from these CHYNAAAA FRAUDS

If I could give them no stars I would have. This is a SCAM! I turned them into the consumer protection board for fraud. They take your money and then don't send you your products. The it is excuse after excuse. 3 months now and now shirts. I filed a criminal complaint with the FBI and my NJ State Police. There are many hundreds of people who have been ripped off by these people. Complete SCAM. Don't walk from this company, RUN! We are talking about a Class Action suit against them.

I should have done my homework. This place is a scam. The material is cheap almost plastic. They charge $15 for shipping and it takes a month or more to get it. A refund and return in impossible.

This is a horrible company horrible products no returns no refund, their product material is garbage, and they refused to accept any merchandise back they will not refund your money. It's a scam company.

Warning to Potential Customers: Avoid Manly at All Costs!

I want to share my extremely negative experience with Manly to warn others about the poor quality of their products and their complete lack of customer service. I purchased the Men's Zipper Leather Jacket and it has been an absolute disaster from start to finish.

Here are the issues I encountered:

Fake Material: The jacket does not appear to be genuine leather as advertised. It feels cheap and synthetic, nothing like what was promised.

Horrible Smell: The product has a strong, unpleasant odor that does not go away. It's unbearable to wear.

Terrible Fit: The jacket looks nothing like the pictures on their website. The fit is boxy and unflattering, not tailored as shown.

Awful Quality: Overall, the craftsmanship is extremely disappointing. The product is far below the standards you would expect for the price.

To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent. I contacted them to request a return and refund, but they have completely ignored my messages. It has been weeks, and I have received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying anything from Manly. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Their products are misleading, their quality is abysmal, and their lack of customer service is unacceptable.

Think twice before wasting your money here!

I placed an order for 7 shirts and wanted to return 6 of them cause I did not like them. The return policy says all tags must be attached to return, but guess what all the shirts came with the tags inside but not attached. I then emailed them about all this and wanted to return them. And for 3 weeks straight emailing back in forth they keep trying to send me another order of stuff I don't like and tell me to keep it and will give me a refund but if I wanted that I have to post a good review on face book. No where in my message did it say I wanted new shirts and I told them I don't have face book so then they after weeks of them trying to bribe me to keep the clothes, they send me a survey, instead of face book and I fill that out gave them a good review and they didn't hold up their end and send me a return label. They finally say ok you can return them and said I had to pay to return them and it was more then 70% of the shirts cost me. And that's why they didn't want me to send them back. So I opened a dispute with the credit card company because this is some crooked business. If you can even call it that. No communication, no quality, no real product. No education… Nothing.
