I had a size problem and was discussing it with the companyand then I noticed I was sent the wrong style of jeans. I said you sent the wrong style of jeans and I sent photos! And no one at the company will respond to me now. It's very unprofessional and disappointing.

I am a frequent customer. So happy I can get my jeans cut to my liking at MYOJ. But there are no very light denim colours available anymore … in years. Like Iceblue, non-stretch. Same for Chinos, just three colours in non-stretch.

This will be the third time I have ordered from here. The first time I did not even receive my order. This second time the pants were too short, and now this third time I am now changing measurements.

I ordered a pair of jeans, they weren't quite right, you sent a second pair with no hassle. I feel like I'm closing in on exactly what I want my jeans to be.

I was going to order three items but decided to order one to make sure I had got the measurements right, as soon as the first arrive I ordered the other two within twenty-four hours. The delivery time was a little longer than I was expecting, but very happy with the end result.

Once I got my measurements figured out, it's been so easy to continue to order great quality jeans in different colors of denim. Having a spandex allergy, I need 100% cotton which is nearly impossible to find in Women's, so these jeans are perfect!

For a LONG time now, I have struggled to find jeans that fit, and did NOT contain spandex! Being able to customize jeans to your liking is DEFINITELY the way to go!
