There have been some subtle problems with fit that I would have liked to have advice on. I understand that it might be a risk for you to provide that advice, but I think you should. I would certainly be accepting of disclaimers with the help.
Third pair of jeans - I'm unnaturally high waisted and this is the only way I get jeans to fit right. As I keep losing weight, I keep ordering.

I have purchased several clothing articles from this company and all of come exactly as promised.
I'm happy overall with the custom jeans I ordered, however the jeans did not match the measurements entered. Specifically the jeans I received were right around 1" too long.
I'm 6'3" 185 lbs., finding jeans that fit is a constant battle and retail stores NEVER have anything close to my size. I ordered my first pair of MakeYourOwnJeans in 2019 and they are just now (2025) beginning to wear to the point of replacement. I have other jeans in my drawer but none of them fit as well as these. The others are too short, too tight, too loose, or too baggy. I will be ordering all of my jeans from MakeYourOwnJeans from now on!

Maybe I missed it, but it might be helpful to define Classic Comfort Fit.
I am a larger lady but with a smaller waist and I can never get jeans to fit as by rear and legs need more room and my waist is smaller. I have been buying these custom jeans for over 15 years now as I wear them 5 days a week at work. I buy 2-4 pair every year and they are always perfectly made, great fit and very good quality materials. I buy 1% stretch for overall comfort but with the look and feel of a good quality denim. I get extra long pockets to hold a large mobile phone and this is at no extra cost. I no longer get jeans anywhere else as I know that the custom jeans feel great all day and have good longevity. Once bought 3% stretch but they wore out on inner thighs after 6 months so haven't bought them again. They felt amazingly soft, almost like not wearing jeans and more like casual pants but the longevity is more important to me than the soft feeling. Make your own jeans have never failed to deliver a well made product and I recommend them to everyone to get a perfect fit

I really like the product you made for me. It's customized for me with awesome quality.
However, I have tried to ask some of the measurement questions which is for my potential future orders with a customer servicer named Erica. After first 2 emails, she never responds to me anymore. Now, I don't know who to reach out to and if I should make my next order.
Only paypal method is not that convenient
It may take a couple of times before you have fine tuned your mesurementsand I mean fine tune, they will be right you can just adjust by 0.5cm at a time allowing you to be in control, but when you do its smooth sailing all the way
