Great product, made with the right measurements. Missing back pockets and rear patch, didn't contact support since I don't want to return due to the long processing time

Have just ordered my 5th pair of trousers. All very professional, with a good website, easy ordering process, and good customisations. Supplied in a cloth bag and with proper labels attached. Online account facility with order history, good communication, detailed emails, full order summary, quick delivery and sensible costs.

I've tried six online tailors, and most others have down-sides, whether a poor website, odd range of measurements, confusing customisations, no online account records, lack of communication or high costs. MYOJ seems to be the best in almost every aspect.

The only small down-side is that they do not state the fabric weights, and only give limited descriptions of the look and feel of the fabric, so I need to rely on past experience or obtaining samples, which is a hassle. You can't know everything from a picture, so for the layman who isn't a clothing expert, it would be nice to know if a fabric weighs 250g/sqm and feels thick and furry (or whatever). But I've always been happy with the end result.

These are the best, this is my 4th pair. Buying pants is usually an experience for people who want to have their feelings hurt, but getting your own custom jeans made to fit you perfectly is quick, easy and painful emotion free!

Good quality, no more loose threads like last time. Would be nice if the website featured actual product images rather than what looks like stock images.

I have bought many pairs of jeans from MYOJ but as the old ones wear out, I am frustrated that I have to start over with a new fabric weight that alters the fit. I can't sort precisely by fabric weight so I have to spend an inordinate amount of time selecting fabrics to see the weight, then guess at how the fabric weight will alter the fit. 7 oz verses 10 oz verses 12 oz. Currently nothing between 7oz and 12oz - a bit frustrating.
