Jeans arrived quickly and fit /feel amazing. Truly the best way to get custom fit jeans, especially for long or short lengths. These are the only jeans I'll be buying going forward.
Do note, pre-washed with no shrink means just that. Order exactly the size you want the finished jean to be! No guesswork required.
Would prefer not to have to use PayPal.
In the past, even going to a Tailor, it took a month for alterations to come back for the perfect pair of jeans. But being able to measure myself, then send those measurements and get jeans back in less than four weeks? Amazing! Thank you. I just ordered two more pair!

I ordered jeans the first time that was October 4th. Its been now over 4 months trying to get a pair of jeans. More than once I have asked for my money back. And all you do is send me a new order form. That doesn't work. You have I'm not sure but quite a few measurements. And the person I 'm working with that's Erica. Aways to redo the measurements. I have to many times. All my size information you have. I either would like the jeans OR my money back. This is hard to believe that this is still going on. Mikey

I got the wrong pair sent once, but it was quickly fixed. Another time I got a pair of jeans with denim that ripped when still pretty new and got no response from customer service. Otherwise, I've been very happy with all of my orders.

Ordered this suit a few years ago. Was stolen last year, ordering another.
Prior to this experience it was good. I just bought another suit and it picked up on a prior suit i bought so I paid for a suit I already have so now I have 2 identical suits. I explained this to them and stated what can you do for me I know the suit is not returnable understandable, so they gave me a 25 dollar coupon. When I tried to use it it didnt work I sent a email and about 10 days later I got a response through customer service which is horrible, every few days I get a response then few more days later a response. 2 weeks now and still not resolved. I also sent them screenshots of the coupon saying it's invalid. Long time customer should not be treated this way and your customer service sucks.
