I order a lot of clothes through you, and have been doing so for many years. Loyal customer here. Almost every time I order there is something out of stock (that didn't show on website is out of stock). That makes it more frustrating to deal with. Price competitiveness has come down over the years with lots of other options. No discounts for loyalty or inconvenience, that's not great. Over to you guys.

I have ordered several pairs of jeans. All great, exactly as ordered, great fit, great quality. I ordered a suit that came unsuitably sized, requiring alterations. Quality was good, so I had the suit altered to fit.

I have ordered many pants, sometimes the sizes are not correct and when I email them to let them know, they never respond.

I'm a weird size, and struggle with finding pants that fit me. Getting the have them custom made isn't overly expensive, and they fit so well! I ordered some non-stretch jeans and 1% stretch jeans. I love that they withheld the second pair until I could confirm the order fits. No worries there. I'm ordering a pair of chino's today!

Usually like the jeans but I never know what I will get in terms of fabric. Sometimes way too light and very stretchy other times heavier. Overall after washing several times they end up working out

Good quality made leather jacket I only wish their website would show the jacket I'm designing with the color of leather I choose it would help the customer greatly if they could see what the jacket would look like with the color they choose.

I have always had a hard time finding off-the-rack jeans that fit. I've been buying these jeans for over 10 years and would never buy anywhere else. ALWAYS fit properly and come in the weight and colors I love. Thank you MYOJ - you are the BEST!

Fit really wasn't what I wanted, but I was away and didn't get to try them on within the 15 days offered on the waranty. Would have throught more time would have been there to get warranty

I have been buying denims and business pants from MYOJ since 2014. I have placed 8 orders ranging from 1 to 5 items per order. Once I had my measurements worked out the products are made according to it and fit very well. Fabric quality and durability is generally very good. I wear my denims almost daily until they fall apart.
Would not mind if MYOJ can modernise their website a bit.

Once you get your size dialed in, the jeans are great and they are easy to repurchase when ready.
