It was very difficult time to pick out an urn for my beloved pet and when I came across your website, the urn I picked out was perfect, couldn't ask for anything better.

This is my third kitty that we sadly had to pass. But we are so glad to have her cremains and picture displayed in this well crafted urn.

The title says it all. I am mostly pleased with the bookmark except for the thickness.

I receive the urn just about a week or so after ordering it. Before shipping the urn, I received consistent communication from the company asking to proof the text. I did have one edit to make and they handled it quickly and professionally. The urn was delivered in a timely manner, with quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. There was even a very kind and thoughtful note of condolence and contact information included in the box if I should need anything additional. These are qualities that are becoming more rare in many organizations, so I'm very pleased that Mainely Urns continues to stress the importance of customer service and professionalism.

My beloved kitty, my fluff ball, my best furry companion has just passed away. I really wanted to commemorate him in the most special way. This urn came beautifully made with a nice wood polish that seemed perfect, the picture I picked fit perfectly and was very nicely placed on the front and all the font of my special notes looked good too. I like that the proof was sent quickly and the package was shipped shortly after I approved it. I chose a large size urn because I wanted also to place my cat's favorite toys, our travel photos together and some other keepsakes. I only wish it had a base with borders to keep all the items contained, so it's easier to lift the top if I want later. My husband made some borders from the jewelry box, so I could do what I wanted. This way my furry baby now has all his favorite things next to him all the time. I am very pleased with the urn I ordered. Thank you very much.

This company has exceeded all my expectations of purchasing urns. This is unfortunately the second furbaby we have lost in a 2 month period but Mainly Urns has made this very easy with product and professionalism going above and beyond. Definitely recommend and definitely not disappointed. Only disappointed in the loss of our fur babys.

We looked at different sites in Google and Mainely Urns caught our eye. They have so many different things to choose from. I live that we were able to personalize the urns. They had one urn left in stick and they didn't like the way that it looked so they let me know that they would have to order another one. I informed the gentleman that I was communicating with that I needed the urn by a certain date. He gave me a few different options and I am completely satisfied. They will let you see the product before they make it which makes it even better. They let me know when it was shipped out and I had a tracking number for it before it was even dropped off to UPS.
