The urn is beautiful but the lid was loose. The funeral home glued it for me but I don't know if it is going to hold. The matching frame was pretty underwhelmiing for the price.

The beautiful urn arrived before my Chihuahua's ashes were even back from the vets. It was exquisitely packed so carefully there was no way it could have gotten damaged in shipping.
