The pink keepsake urn that I ordered for my beloved puppy, Dixie, was absolutely perfect. The quality and the beauty of the urn far exceeded my expectations. Also, it arrived much quicker than I anticipated.

I needed urn bags quickly so ordered 1 small blue and burgundy velvet urn bags. Unfortunately, I got 1 small black instead of blue bag. Due to timing, I didn't have time to return the black to receive the blue one instead. Black was fine, but it would have been nice to get what I ordered or at least an explanation if blue wasn't available. Thank you

My brother died unexpectedly on Sept 20th. So I came across this website that had the most beautiful urn. My brother was a firefighter so I bought the brass firefighter urn. It looks 10 times more amazing when I received it and I received it within 4 days after ordering it. It was an easy process and and quick delivery and I just want to thank Mainely Urns.

My son passed away overseas. Therefore I received his ashes in a bullet-like, looking urn. As we were preparing to celebrate his life, I couldn't imagine displaying that cold, dark metal urn. Mainely Urns popped during my research, and I found the perfect urn for him. My son was a musician and sound engineer. He played a lot of instruments, but the acoustic guitar was his favorite. After placing my order, Kevin ( I appreciate you so much) ensured that the print on the glass display and its placement were exactly how I envisioned. Mainely Urns sent me emails to review, correct, adjust, and approve all details. The anticipation was somehow nerve-racking, but I was beyond happy when I finally saw that beautiful urn. It brought peace and relief that I found a perfect urn for my son to rest

I ordered a wind chime for my cousin but needed some tweaks on engraving to ensure she got what she wanted. The website is pretty user friendly but it is designed to prompt buyers for engraving information. Ordinarily, I think this is a great way to prevent buyers from omitting important information, however my cousin didn't want any engraving so I had to contact customer service. Johanna (sp.) was awesome and made sure that my order was exaactly as requested. Despite some employee absences due to COVID, my order was filled promptly and arrived at it's destination within a week. My cousin LOVES it!

This is the third Paw Print Urn we have ordered for our beloved dogs. The first one was purchased in 2009. It is so nice that they carry the same one so that all 3 dogs have same "home".
