I went to there website to just browse around. They ask for your height and weight and goals... That's it, that's all I gave them. I never authorized any subscriptions or anything from them. Then 20 minutes after I had left the website I have three charges appear on PayPal account. I contact Mad Muscle and all I get is blah, blah, blah... Something about cancelling my subscription (which I had already done) and that my subscription was good until the end of the month. I didn't want anything from this deceitful and scammer company. I never approved any subscription and regardless of what they say. They have some kind system that locks you into a subscription that you cannot get out of. Just by browsing their website. I had to file dispute with PayPal and if PayPal sides with these crooks then I'll just have my bank put a stop payment and sign it off as fraud because I didn't authorize anything and these crooks have ripped off enough people. I contacted Mad Muscle and PayPal like minutes or even seconds after the charges appeared on PayPal account. I had no idea what they were for but from reading all the reviews online about this company... anybody and everybody should stay as far away from this company as you can. Unless you want throw money away. These aren't people that know about fitness, they experts at conning and scamming people. That's how they make their living. KEEP AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Mad Muscles is a SCAM! Unauthorized charges & NO refund! I signed up for Mad Muscles on December 29,2023, thinking it was a trial or a one-month subscription, and paid £18.23. However, on March 14,2024, they charged me £47.99 for an unwanted 3-month subscription—without any prior notice! I only used the app for ONE DAY and realized it was not worth it, so I stopped using it. Despite this: No renewal warning or notification! Customer support refused to refund me! PayPal dispute was denied! This is misleading subscription tactics and unfair charges! If you've had a similar experience, let's expose them together!
