I import a variety of product from Chinese suppliers. Communication is good, and the quality and service from a number of suppliers is exceptional. On more than one occasion though suppliers have supplied incorrect or below standard goods. When this happens it is difficult to get them to replace or refund. Overall, in my experience there are many excellent suppliers, just be careful to always insist on samples before ordering.

We at SP Consulting and Services Zambia Limited had an excellent experience with this supplier (Dongguan Waltay Auto Parts Co., LTD). We received our order of Komatsu filters, and the product quality is top-notch. The customer service was what really stood out; they guided us through every step and were incredibly helpful and professional. It's great to have a reliable source for parts, even with the distance from China to Zambia. We are delighted with this transaction and hope for more successful deals to come.

As a first time shopping I found the process confusing at times but staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The product has paint peeling off with rust on it. I have taken photos. The product did not have any manual or instructions nor a web link to find instructions. It would be helpful to know how to share our disappoint with the company's product.

Ich habe Anfang Juni eine Rasenmäherraupe bestellt und sofort bezahlt. Jetzt ist es September und ich habe immer noch keine Ware erhalten. Der Verkäufer antwortet nicht auf Fragen, und wenn, dann Tage später und nur nichtssagend. Made-in-China antwortet auf Beschwerden über den Verkäufer überhaupt gar nicht! Ich kann mit diesen Erfahrungen nur abraten! Sehr schade!

Had been searching for heavy duty battery disconnect as a replacement and found the exact one I had been looking for.

I have ordered 3 Hockeysticks as test for a larger order and later business. The sticks have been tested by professional hockey players. A part of the design the provided sticks have nothing in common with the original Bauer sticks. Material thicker, no release point, no power transfer to blade. Useless for professionals. After two training sessions 2 of 3 sticks are brocken

L'apice è stato raggiunto quando ho comunicato i problemi riscontrati, la risposta è stata la seguente: 2 messaggi su WhatsApp. 1 messaggio: manda un video. 2 messaggio: impossibile. Una carenza totale di professionalità, difficilmente riscontrabile nelle peggiori bancarelle dei mercatini rionali. Voto: Zero assoluto! Ps. Ovviamente non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso e nessun tipo di info / scuse.
